[White] We still have one lightning iPhone that won't die, so a couple of these long cords are a big help! 5 |

[Yes] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed an extra long Lightning iPhone charging cord and this was exactly what I needed. It is perfect for the car for the charge accord to reach my son in the backseat. It charges fast and is exactly what we needed 5 |

[8.2 x 6.4 x 3"] I’ve owned the lightning MV88 in the past and now the MV88+ (it was on sale and couldn’t pass it up). I won’t go into all the details because you probably know them all by now, but I’ll mention a few things. First, it’s beefier than the MV88 Lightning version. Getting it into the clamp is a bit of a tight fit so not sure how many times you want to be taking it in and out, or how long before the the clamp may last until it one day breaks. Shure however does sell a replacement if needed, but it seems fairly sturdy. Good sounding mic and I use the app software up to a point, but further refinements in post helps. On my iPhone 11, recording at 4K / 30, the phone battery will last abut 2 and half to just under three hours using the mic. So if you have some long extended recording (a music concert etc) just be aware. There’s workarounds with that since you can hook up a battery and use the apple camera connector dongle (the usb/lightning one) and power the iPhone for as long as you have storage, if needed. With the recent iPhones having MagSafe, my concern is about future proofing. Will future iPhones have a port AT ALL? I bought the MV88+ thinking the IPhone may move to USB-C (a cable is provided with the MV) but now the tea leaves seem to read that USB-C, or any port, may not be in Apples future. So how will I connect the MV88+? For now though, its fine and I’m happy with the purchase. If you’re thinking about 5 years down the line though, the future is uncertain. 5 |

[0.06 lb] This is an adapter, NOT a cable. That said, as an adapter it does it's job well. I have used it to plug my iPhone (Lightning) into my PC (both USB-C and USB-A) to transfer files and it worked without a hitch. Useful as an adapter, but not long enough to be called a cable by any means. 5 |

[0.045 lb] If you have mic'd headphones, then this TRRS is useful for monitoring and recording on a lightning input iPhone. 5 |

[5 VDC] This cable provides long duration power to my Canon DSLR, which I now use for streaming. Works perfectly BUT...you must ensure your power source feeds it the minimum 2 amps required by this cable! Another reviewer complained it didn't work with, among other things, an iPhone charger. Right, because iPhone chargers supply less than 2A. Any USB-A port I tried under 2A does not work. What works for me is a 2A iPad USB AC adapter, and my Anker power bank also puts out 2A and works with this cable. That 2A power requirement is critical; don't ignore it. 5 |

[0.055 lb] I have only used the intervalometer and lightning features using my iPhone 6 and on my Sony RX10 III and Sony A7 II and got outstanding results. The options with in each mode are numerous and a little experimentation is helpful. But that is what I like to do, is play around with it. I used the intervalometer to record 2500 photos, 1/sec. to do a movie of clouds over Pikes Peak, using PowerDirector 14 and got very good results. I also set it up in my living room during a thunderstorm and set the timer for 1 hour. Had to experiment a little on exposure and sensitivity of the Pluto trigger, and I ended up with spectacular results. It even took daylight photos of lightning! I can't wait to experiment with Startrails, motion detection (using the provided laser), sound detection, and vibration detection. Popping balloons should be fun, there are a number of high speed photography applications. According to the FAQ in the Pluto app, the sound and light modes have a response time of 1ms. Lightning response time is 0.2 sec, and in Laser mode, tens of micro-seconds. You can download the app for IOS and Android and peruse the manual to see just how powerful and flexible this small gadget is. It also answers many questions I've seen posted. You don't need to own the trigger in order to download it. A very helpful feature is that, although a bluetooth connection is used between phone and the Pluto Trigger, for intervalometer work you can walk away with your phone and let the camera do it's work. This doesn't apply, however to Smart Sensor modes, which use the sensors in your phone in order to work. I happen to have an old iPhone 5 that I can leave by my camera, if need be. I would certainly recommend this to anyone who loves to play with and experiment with their camera. 5 |
