[Closed-Back] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another great product from JBL. JBL Tune 520BT Headphones are very well designed and simple to use. Very well packaged as well as graphics on box. The moment I unboxed I realized these were solidly built and designed which I am accustomed to from JBL. Packaging was on point with a quick and easy setup manual. Headphones were charged and ready go right out of the box. Easy to setup and connect to blue tooth. The Tune 520BT sound was very good from a basic easy to use headphones. They seemed to block out surrounding noise. I would like to try on a flight and see how they perform. I definitely believe if your looking for well priced and easy to use headphones with good build and sound quality these are a no brainer. The only negative is I wish they came with a better storage bag or case for protection when not in use or putting them in a book bag. These would be great for kids and teens. I definitely will use as my go to headphones.

[Bowens S] First, 60W will probably meet your needs in a small video studio. I only use 2-8% of the output. Secondly, a standard modifier platform (Bowens' S mount), has saved me a great deal of time. The lower cost silent heads would only accept barndoors, gaffing tape and aluminum foil. Far Far easier to repurpose old modifiers or purchase new. Previously, I would have to retape the foil at inopportune times. SILENCE is critical for me. Recording a cast once correctly is worth all the post processing in the world. Nothing beats SILENCE.

[Fluid Head] I purchased this, not quite with certainty, but hoping that it would provide more flexible support for iPhone and iPad photography. I find that with its 3.5”-22” range in possible height adjustment, it also has made a fine copystand for use with my DSLR and macro lens. For the latter, I did replace the included ball head with one I consider more sturdy for heavy vertical camera placement. However, it is possible that the included ball head would in fact have been sufficient; certainly it is entirely suitable for the original intended purpose. The tripod itself is very strong, easily adjusted and extensively adjustable, and confidence-inspiring. It is a great product, in my estimation and judging from my use of it. I was admittedly surprised, but very happy and satisfied with its quality.
