[1] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Quantum Wireless USB-C microphone is for those wanting to improve the audio when recording on your mobile device. Whether you are a journalist or a content creator, this microphone has you covered. In the box you get the clip on mic, wind screen, 2.4Ghz receiver/dongle (USB-C type), charging case, USB charging cable and quick start guide. To make best use of the microphones features and customization, JBL recommends downloading their JBL Headphone app via the Apple app store or Google play store. The app lets you download the latest firmware and offers more control over the mic’s settings. You can adjust gain, noise cancellation, EQ settings, auto off timer, LED light adjustment as well. A simple press of a button on the mic mutes it and turns the indicator light solid red letting you know it’s muted. I tested the mic and it was able to block out background noise very well especially when compared to my phones internal mic. It offers a combined 24 hour charge, 6 hours for the mic and 18 hours for the charging case. Another great feature is the ability to charge your phone while in use as the receiver has both a male USB-C for plugging into you phone as well as a female USB-C for plugging in your charger as it allows pass through charging. The quick charge capability will allow a 15 minute charge to provide one hour of use. The charging case requires 2 hours to fully charge from dead. If you plan on using it outdoors throw on the provided windscreen which allows for crystal clear audio while reducing wind noise. I highly recommend this wireless mic If you are looking to improve the audio recording on your phone with USB-C charging connector.

[Adapter] If you have an Android smartphone, you probably use a micro-B plug to charge it. With this adapter, you can take a USB drive (thumb drive) and plug into this adapter and then into the phone. Now you can copy all those pictures from your phone onto the USB drive. I hope this helps!

I love how it is designed to just fit in place of where AA batteries normally go while still allowing the use of AA batteries if necessary without any fuss. I do wish they would make a generation 2 of this battery adding much needed improvements. Overall, it is a genius solution.

Works excellent for my Cine13 and Teradek RT CTRL.3 System. Obviously, wish it was a more robust connector than USB but c'est la vie

[Micro-USB-B] Micro USB cords are common everywhere. Glad to have this gizmo which functions just as well as my OEM adapter but the fit is more firm, secure. Very useful bc a lot of my devices take micro USB which I always have on me. Always great to have options. Plus OEM and some Lightning charge cords aren't durable. Inexpensive (3 pack price is great) to have these adapters on my micro cords or in bag. Naturally paranoid and cautious, I have yet to try data sync with it. Still trust OEM for that specific job. *(This is no directive, I’ve evaluated for what worked from my experience, your needs and results may differ. Engage at your own risk.)
