Jbl Go To Portable Speaker

[0.98 lb] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL Go 4 looks small, portable, yet very Powerful. It has the trademark JBL’s punchy base which makes any song a treat to listen to. The sound quality is excellent, build quality is the best, looks cute yet delivers an amazing music experience. Battery works for 7-9 hours, which is a lot and you don’t have to charge it too often. I use it in my shower and never had any issues with the waterproofing.

The sound quality for such a small speaker is impressive and it lasts for between 6-8 hours per charge for me. When the weather was a little chillier I would hike with it in the pouch of my hoodie and now that it’s warmer it fits in the cell phone pocket of my shorts. I use it everyday when taking my dogs for a hike.

It takes 3 hours to charge and in return you get a 7 hours power life. JBL Go 4 is the ideal size speaker for on the go fitting perfectly in your hand and comes with a small loop that can be used to attach a hook and clip to bags or whatever you would like. Set up took less than a minute, only 2 steps and was extremely simple. While the size of the speaker may be small the sound is mighty! The sound is crystal clear even at the maximum volume, it does not become distorted. With the app you are able to control the equalizers on your speaker for your own personalized pleasure. The design is aesthetically pleasing and durable. One of my favorite features is that this speaker is waterproof (1m for a duration of 30 minutes) which makes it perfect for taking to the pool or beach. I love my JBL Go 4 the sound is incredible and an easy and convenient speaker to bring the music party where ever you go.

[Plywood] I've been a JBL person for many years, but I must say that putting this speaker next to my JBl JRX112M (the same speaker configuration), blew me away. I never thought JBL could be surpassed. I was wrong. This EV speaker did it. As a pro musician for many years, I rate this at the top 3 speakers in it's class, if not the top of the heap. I love the light weight for transporting, as I have to move my equipment 5 nights per week in Las Vegas. The sound reproduction is great. It actually put out more volume at the same mixer setting than the JBL. There are two things I would like to see changed. The handles should be on top (as the JBL), not on the sides. This will make the speaker easier to grab and load into a vehicle, instead of bending over and reaching for the handle on the side. Another change I would like to see, is that the cabinet would have both Speakon and 1/4 inputs, as some mixers don't have Speakon outputs, therefore requiring you to buy an adaptor. The JBL has both Speakon and 1/4 inputs. Otherwise, this speaker is an excellent choice...
