[MP2, MP3, WAV] I needed a replacement CD player for my aging (and starting to fail) 5 Disc Carousel CD player that I purchased several decades ago.  After researching various models of similar build and price point I decided on the Tascam CD-200BT.  B&H Photo processed and shipped my order promptly.  After installation of this unit to my hi-fi system I can say the Tascam CD-200BT does not disappoint with its solid build quality and simplicity of operation. The audio playback performance of this unit, both in CD and Bluetooth operation, has been excellent in my evaluations so far.  The Bluetooth receiver pairs up effortlessly with the devices I have linked.  I particularly like that this unit can store in its memory up to 8 Bluetooth devices without having to redo the whole pairing process when switching back and forth with other Bluetooth devices that have been previously paired in the unit’s memory.  The fact that this model has a Bluetooth receiver was an added bonus for me as this saved the additional expense of adding a separate Bluetooth receiver to my hi-fi system that I was also planning to add.  By not needing a separate Bluetooth receiver this saves having to use another AUX input on one’s hi-fi system AND with the CD-200BT unit having its own AUX input as well this in essence adds an additional AUX input function available for one’s hi-fi system.  With Tascam’s reputation for professional grade audio products this unit should serve me well for some time.

[Single] These discs have migrated through several production organizations from Taiyo Yuden, JVC, etc. But the quality remains solid, and we use them exclusively for all CD burns by the hundreds over the years. Highly recommended for CD R use.

[4 Hours] Couldn't really be happier with this system. Sounds great and everything works extremely well.......Bluetooth, CD player and FM tuner. Super easy to set-up and the sound quality is pretty amazing for the price. Would highly recommend.

[aptX HD] Plugged my Yamaha RS-700 receiver to this WXC-50, along with CD charger, worked perfectly at first try. Thank you Yamaha!

[2 x AA] I'm really impressed with my CD player. The sound quality is incredible, especially when I pair it with my Marantz Receiver SR6014 and Marantz amp MM7055. These products are truly phenomenal.

[10.8 lb] Very happy with the 600NE CD player. I have owned a Denon AV Receiver for many years now and this CD player has the same great quality, sound and functionality. I expect many years of service from this device.

[FM] I use this receiver for AM/FM radio, CD, and IPod. It is simple, and does the job very well. AB speakers, either or all. Great price. all in all I'm very happy with this unit.

[1] I have used this for a little over two years and the sound quality is the best of any surround receiver or separate I have owned, and I have had a few. I replaced a Marantz AV7005 with this and the 8805 is a huge upgrade. Among others I have had is a Rotel system (they could not keep the amp repaired,) a Harman Kardon receiver (great until a channel went out and drove me to separates,) and an early Marantz receiver with a universal remote control that never lived up to its hype. Set-up with Audessy was easy. I always take the initial settings as a serving suggestion, but I had to do very little adjustment compared to the AV 7005. The MM phono stage works well, but I could not adapt an MC stage to the 8805-it most likely was my outside phono stage. The DAC on the CD input is nearly as good as my external DAC, I really have to listen to hear a difference when I route the CD transport into the 8805. I do not use the streaming features much, but what I have used is impressive. The radio does pick up some remote stations. Overall this is the best Marantz product I have owned since the 70s.
