Karaoke Machine With Tape Recorder

[17.28 lb] We use it mostly to connect SM58 to Pioneer Karaoke machine and match the impedence. Works great.

[12 VDC at 300mA] I bought my wife a Karaoke machine for Christmas which was two 1/4 microphone inputs on it. I was thinking how cool it would be to have wireless mics so people could hand them off as songs changed, instead of being limited by a cord, and having to swap seats. The WMS40 fit the bill PERFECTLY. I was a little concerned, with the low price, that the quality wouldn't be there, but the system is static free and sounds GREAT! I used balanced 1/4 cables (pulled from patchbay) to connect the microphone base unit to the Karaoke machine. The distance from the singers to the base unit is under 30 feet so I can't speak for the range of the unit.

[<1%] I needed something fast for a public talk and I have no expertise in AV. This is basically a karaoke machine with 2 mics, super fast set up and was good to go in 5-10 minutes. It is completely adequate for speaking engagements. The speaker is a little larger than I would have liked but it was a good purchase for novices who just need to get up and going asap.

[Normal/Reverse] I was pleasantly surprised by the fast delivery. I used to have a TEAC 4 track tape recorder and it was marvelous. This Tascam is idiot friendly and sounds phenomenal! The internal mic sound is crystal clear (even with cheap earphones). I am still familiarizing myself with all the functions; but so far, so great. :) Money well spent.

[12 VDC] Bought for a lav mic. Fits the recorder, mic, and wind covers and tape with a little room left to spare. Inner straps aren't very helpful for my gear as its too small for the straps, but I mostly just need the case to keep my gear from being squished.
