[4.75 lb] My much loved 20 year old KATA sling bag was shredded beyond use and I had a really hard time finding a good replacement. This Think Tank bag is not just good, it is really great. Perfect size, great quality and such a logical use of space. My A7R4 fits nicely with a 135mm lens and leaves room for the 105mm and a 35mm. Loads of pockets for batteries & cards + Thank you B&H and thank you reviewers! 5 |

[Yes] Not ideal when used on a rucksack, as it gets in the way when you need to remove the backpack or get in the back, however when i started using it on my camera sling (Mindshift), its perfect...I can leave it on and not have to remove. Agree with previous reviews and changing-out carabiners to a locking-type to ensure the strap doesn't slip out. 5 |

[Yes] Trying to find a sling that could stow a 16 Macbook Pro and camera gear was a pain, but this bag does it. I didn't want to go the backpack route because my primary mode of transit is subway rides, and you end up having to sling/unsling a backpack there anyway. This is a little more compact than a backpack. Has side access, so you can swing it around front, unzip, and deploy the camera. The rolltop is nice for stowing a raincoat or sweater as needed. I haven't used it as a weekender bag but imagine it would make a good all-in-one bag for light travel. Very durable material, water resistant, and plenty of pockets and customizable inserts. It's definitely not an EDC - you'll still want something smaller if you're doing a photo walk or doing street photography - but for schlepping into the office, working part of the day from a cafe, or going on a larger on-location shoot, it's perfect. 5 |

[Up to 8 hours] This backpack is absolutely perfect for my needs. I also have the 8L camera sling and the 25L camera backpack. I use the 25L for flights and main travel, but once I get where I am going, I pull out this cube pack. I use it so much I just keep my camera and maybe an extra lens in it permanently, and I keep other camera lenses and accessories in the camera cubes that are in the 25L pack. I have a Nikon D750, which is a larger body than many of the mirrorless cameras many are using now, but this pack holds it and a large lens with no problems. When I am with my kids, I always need a place to hold their water bottles, or sweaters or jackets, and I can do that with this cube pack, I can't do that with the sling. The sling works best on perfect weather days when I'm by myself and you don't need much else. I use a Peak Design camera clip with the cube pack so that I have a place to quickly put the camera when I need both hands. And that combination makes this bag the best. I used to lug around way too much stuff with me that I would never use because it was the only backpack that I had. Now I can take only the camera gear I actually need, and have room for non-camera related stuff. It is comfortable to wear, and holds a good amount in the camera pocket and the main backpack. I really feel like it truly deserves 5-stars. 5 |

[Zipper] I now can change camera bags between a sling and a backpack by just moving this box with all my small lenses around. Great build quality. 5 |

[Yes] I used to have a backpack for my camera gear that was a sling bag and it always made my shoulder hurt after I had been carrying it around for a while so I decided I needed to get a new one. This was a perfect choice for me. It's pads are comfortable I can get to my equipment without having to ask people to hold things that are in the way and it also has just the right amount of room. And if I decide I want it to be a sling bag instead, the straps are movable and let me do that. It also comes with a rain cover, which while the contsruction of the bag is pretty sturdy makes me feel better if I'm out in the rain or bad weather. I'm very happy with this. 5 |

[Black] I was looking for a good way to have fast access to my camera and still keeping it safe while hiking and traveling. This device allows me to carry the camera clipped to the shoulder strap of my sling bag (a Thinktank Turnstyle 20 v. 2) and also works on the shoulder straps of my bigger backpack. The carrier attaches securely to backpack strap with a built-in adjustable webbed strap on the top of the carrier (which is barely visible in the photos). The web strap is threaded through an accessory buckle on the backpack straps. The rear velcro portion goes around the back of the strap to hold it secure. The camera stays clipped in the mount unless you rotate it and then you can lift it up and out. Everything is secure and the camera is safe from accidental drops with the safety tether. I'm using it with a small and light camera (Panasonic LX-100 v2) and it works great. I've also tried it with my Nikon D7200 with a Nikon AF-S 16-80mm f2.8-4 (which weighs over 2.5 lbs) and the Cotton Carrier on the backpack can safely handle the weight. However, the sling bag rotates on my shoulder due to the weight. I chose this over the Peak Design Capture Clip because the Cotton Carrier can handle wider straps. 5 |

[Handle] This is the slickest backpack I have ever seen or owned! has an integrated rain poncho for the backpack, 4 customizable pockets and one huge pocket on top as referenced in the online photos, has 2 side pockets on both sides, and a zip up front pocket. it can be used as a sling style left or right or as a conventional back pack. and if you use it as a sling it has a slit in the back side to slide the not in use arm strap into to keep it from dangling!! i recommend this back pack to any one who owns a camera and wants to access their stuff VERY easily! and if your using it as a sling you can pull it around in front of you and unzip it to reveal either side to access your camera or lenses, I really cant say enough about it other than WELL WORTH THE $$ Id Definitely recommend this to my friends and family!!! 5 |

[Black] I bought this cover when Kata had the distro license - 5 or more years ago. Now Manfrotto makes it, but I would buy this again and again for every camera I own. Yes, it is awkward at first, but I shoot in rain, snow and on sandy beaches. In all cases, putting this cover on as I head outdoors in bad weather, or to the beach, has save my camera and lenses more times than I can count. You have to get used to leaving one hand 'inside' the bag and moving the other in and out. If you like 'live view' or shoot lots by using the back screen, then it may be awkward. I shoot viewfinder unless I am at an angle, on a tripod that's oddly positioned, or at an impossible height. Of course, with most wifi cams you can focus or aim over wifi if you are on a tripod. Handheld you have to get used to looking through the thick plastic, but this is the best protection around if you plan to be out in dicey weather. 5 |
