Keyboard Akai Mpk Mini

[Up to +55 dB ] Bought this to mix audio sources (CD etc.) with my Akai MPK mini play keyboard audio out. Works great. I enjoy playing along with music. Very quiet and no distortion. Covered the bright power LED with tape.

[4.95 lb] Not too big and holds what I need! I use the small outside pouch for my AKAI MPK mini MIDI controller and the main bag holds my laptop, mics, cables, small speakers and there is room for more! Excellent construction. Zippers are quality too. I use this bag to . hold my portable recording rig and gear. Bag is fully padded and all around great product!

[Scissor] Recently I purchase this KS7350 Folding-Z Keyboard Stand by On-Stage for my Akai MPK-49. I'm very pleased with this stand, is very strong and functional.

[OLED] Although I carefully read through the documentation when I got my Akai MPK Mini a day earlier than projected by B&H, it is really a plug and play unit to add to my lineup for my Ableton Live 10 projects. I already have a great Roland FP30 digital piano/keyboard so for more extensive keyboard parts, I'm covered. But the Roland has to run through an audio interface and it can be cumbersome switching back and forth from direct USB plug-ins to my laptop and using the interface. It's too much work if all I'm doing is tweaking drum patterns or laying down simple mono tracks. That's where the MPK Mini is perfect and I was using it within minutes of plugging it in. and it's an inexpensive solution, so ROI (so to speak) will be off the charts.

[8.7 lb] This is the perfect size for my Akai MPK 261, and it is adjustable for smaller or larger keyboards/controllers. The grip holds the gear in place, and I like the sleek design.

[USB Bus Power] I can not believe that the M Audio Oxygen Pro Mini was available at B&H! This midi keyboard controller is a Jack of all Trades! PC compatible-check! Ableton compatible-check! Track Sliders- check! Akai pads-check! Akai keybed-check! Should i continue? 32 mini keys- check! Etc...

The piano keys really feel realistic and the infinity knobs really did away with the limitations of its predecessor! Easy to program and with a myriad of available settings and controls, this compact MIDI controller sets itself as a must have. Setup took some time between downloads and activation of the different bundled sounds and software and it is done via iLok, so be patient as the result will be a very powerful addition to your music creation process!
