Kodak Black And White Digital Camera

[Paper Developer] By far the best black & white print developer. It's a tragedy that Kodak is discontinuing black & white chemistry.

[Stereo ] For all of us who cannot spend the money on the Lecia, Pentax gives us a wonderful Monochrome digital camera. Based on the K3 chassis it is a Monochrome only Pentax K-3 Mark iii. It is an APS-C professional-level camera. With excellent ergonomics that Pentax is known for. Yes everyone is dashing off on mirrorless but the bright, eyeglass-friendly viewfinder is wonderful. With a nice catalog of lenses, this is a black-and-white camera that can be used in any situation. Finally black and white with excellent fine resolution, usable high ISO, and professional grade. The images have fine detail, highlights, and shadows. Easy-to-use menus and settings that address every situation you may encounter. For those who remember all those color filters for black and white are usable to manipulate the the images before tripping the shutter button. Two things to consider. LCD panel does not flip up or rotate. I use a Ref a right angle viewfinder by Pentax. It works well on all the 35mm Pentax cameras and some other brands. It rotates and has a 2x setting which is nice for macro. The other thing I have noticed is the very sensitive shutter button. It has a very sensitive and short motion to trip the shutter. I can highly recommend this camera to anyone who wants to do Monochrome. You will not be disappointed Monochrome is far from a niche place in photography. You see it in many venues. It is not limited now to the conversion of color digital or shooting film. We now have a well thought out Monochrome from Pentax at a more palatable price than Lecia.

[0.055 lb] The Black and White Mode is the first real film look i have found in any professional digital camera paired with the metal body, size and overall rangefinder design with the addition of the mode dial have all restored the digital camera back into the long historical evolution of the street photographer's camera.

[B&W Negative] Kodak Eastman Double-X Black-and-White Negative Film 7222, is the best negative film for your analog movies.

[320] The Kodak Tri-X Black and White film is virtually fool proof, you have to try to mess up a shot. With the quality and reliability you'd come to expect from Kodak films. Good solid negatives, producing great prints, doesn't matter if you print in the dark room or if you scan them, this is good film.

[Type U Core] Kodak's double-X 5222 black and white negative film is by far the best film I've worked with. Fine grain, Amazing latitude, classic grain structure virtually unchanged from its origins over 60 years ago. You can shoot it at E.I. 200 and you can shoot it at E.I. 3200 and it still looks great. Who needs color or digital when you've got 5222!

[1] Tri-X is a great black and white film with lots of character. Best price for Kodak Tri-X on the internet, B&H always ships fast. I had to order this since the 36 exposure rolls were out of stock, but that doesn't really affect me.

[1] This is a classic 400 speed black and white film from Kodak. It's reputation precedes it. I used to dislike the grain of this film always shooting low speed alternatives (ISO 125), I wanted to try something different, do some low light film and I needed something faster thus I started pushing my TMAX film two stops two 1600 and just embrace the grain. Amazing results, predictable, consistent. A timeless Kodak classic film.

[1x Film Roll] Kodak Tri-X black & white positive super 8 film is perfect for old abandoned buildings and creepy places. My son and I shot a roll in an old haunted prison. Timeless!

[100] This is my first time using Kodak tmax 100 and I'm pretty impressed. I'ved used it on a Minolta Xd-11. Its sharp, fine grained, great tones, and delivers great looking black and white images. Great for use in sunny conditions. I've yet to try other black and white films such as Ilford or fuji, but I would definitely recommend Tmax 100.
