[3 kHz] As a long time user of KRK and Yamaha studio monitors -,I was blown away by the Sound reproduction of the 8010s! ..These little marvels have now replaced both my Yamaha HS5 and KRK rockit 5”s as my go to mixing monitors for music and film projects .,, could not be happier .. 5 |

[16 W (Idle)] An excellent option for studio monitors at this price point and a great alternative to the KRK yellow cones. The Adams sound like they are optimized for creating electronic music: excellent bass response and they sound great at all volumes. 5 |

[61.75 lb] These are hands-down the best near-field monitors I've ever heard. As soon as I got them, I hooked them up to my Saffire and put Steely Dan's Aja on blast. Without so much as a minute of burn-in, I heard things I've never heard before in a recording I've heard thousands of times over decades. The depth of field on these things is truly three-dimensional, and the rough low-mid area that troubles a lot of near-fields is crystal clear. I run a small mix/master studio out of my house specializing in indie hip hop and electronic music, both of which have a lot of low-end information that can easily muddy and overpower a mix on an inferior system. With my previous setup, Yamaha HS5s and KRK Rokit 8s, I had to continually check mixes in earbuds, on laptop speakers, in cars, and on consumer systems, regularly finding mix irregularities I blamed on an untreated room. My very first mix on the A7xs sounded exactly the same on all the subsequent systems I tried it on, which marks the first time in my life as a producer/engineer I can remember having such a spot-on first pass of a mix. If you're considering the 5-inch version or even the ADAM F-series, step up your game and get these bad boys. They are the definitive best in class, blowing away similar priced monitors from Genelec, Focal and KRK. Also get the extended warranty. 5 |

[Horizontal] I wanted another set of monitors to use with an old set. My previous monitors are twenty plus years old, and I figure I'm tempting fate not having a backup set. They still sound great, but vintage monitors are not the same as vintage guitars... I'll be honest, I was planning on buying the Kali's since I never liked the old KRK monitors, but for some reason couldn't pull the trigger. After the Kali sale ended I found this set which included the Mackie Big Knob for free (that I was also going to buy anyway). I took a chance and ordered them. Shockingly I got them the next day even though I ordered them in the afternoon! I even had to check my invoice to make sure I didn't hit overnight by mistake, but it was standard ground shipping. The packing was excellent as well. That's not always my experience at B&H so kudos to them on that. The KRKs have a load of tweaking options but are easy to fine tune from the back. The sound is far better than any soundclip I heard while researching them. They're not premium studio monitors, but they are much closer than the price suggests. For me it's nice they are available in white since my old monitors are also white. KRK has definitely improved dramatically since I first tried them years ago. I hope they last as long as my old monitors. 5 |

[Black] I can’t believe these monitors are the same price as KRK’s Rokit 5’s - not that they’re bad by any stretch of the mind, but these are great. Almost finished burning these the T10S I added in and they’ve excelled at everything I’ve tossed at them. They needed a bit of dialing in out of the box and I haven’t properly EQ’d the room yet since I’m moving studio spaces soon but I’m excited for when I do! Everything else in the bundle is of decent quality or better as well, and I love having the large master volume knob on my desk. 5 |
