Lake Orion Clear Backpack

[24 oz (680.4 g)] I've only had one clear night since buying this eyepiece, but it gave an awesome view of the Orion nebula when I used it with an 8 inch SCT! As always, working with B&H Photo went smoothly; better selection of in stock items than most others online.

[3] i'm specifically using it for my Orion 127mm spotting scope (it is the biggest scope you can buy before you jump into a telescope, so its pretty big and heavy for a spotting scope, which was a real concern for me). i use it to look at climbers on El Capitan in Yosemite, so it is pointing upwards at a pretty steep incline on the tripod.... i've had two different tripods and heads in the past, but this one hands down is the best one yet!! i've only used it once since i only got it a couple weeks ago, but i'm very satisfied so far... i was concerned about the weight of the scope, but it doesn't appear to be a problem... i told the sales person my situation and what i need (in respect to a tripod and head for my scope), and he immediately knew what would work.. very happy with B&H.. i've bought cameras etc from them in the past and have always been happy with their products and service. below is a photo of my scope on my new Manfrottos 502AH video heard & MT190X3 tripod.

[Twist Lock Seal] Worked good in lake michigan. Works with iphone4s. Worked in pool as well.

[33.5 mm] A lot of bokeh at 65mm, but one of the lightest ones in the Orion set (besides the 32mm). Lighter than 40mm

[4:3] The Celestron power Tank 17 Power Supply is being used to power my Orion Equatorial telescope and it works great!...Ample power, bright white light and an addyred light appropriate for stargazing...Highly recommended!

[2.8 lb / 1.3 kg] Pricey, but the pouch keeps my backpack organized. Clear window is easy to see what's inside. I use 10 for chargers, with a Sony charger in one compartment and a 30W Anker charger and all the cables in another. A little snug, but they fit.

[19.1 lb] Orion DVC210 8' is very easy to assemble in less than 20 minutes. The price is right for most budgets. It frame is durable and sturdy.

[30 mm] Bought this to hold Orion ST80 on my Celestron Edge HD 1100 as a guide scope when using the Hyperstar. So far, setup works great and no evidence of differential flexure. Very solid with fine finish.
