[Copper] This converter works well to connect a computer to a TV. This converter will not work to connect an HDMI source, like a DVD player, to a computer monitor. As long as you use it the way it was intended you'll be happy. 5 |

[USB-A Female] My new Lacie external DVD burner came with two USB cables in case it needed extra power. Mine did, but my Mac powerbook pro, 2.16 Ghz has only one port on each side and the Lacie cables are not long enough to reach. This product solved that issue. However, I still have a problem with the drive. Almost every other time I use it the computer defaults to the computers DVD burner, which has an optical problem. So I have to reset the Pram every time this happens in order for the computer to default to the Lacie. Shouldn't be this way. 5 |
