[45 lb] Decent light, but laser is thin. Wider beams would be better. I think it'll be much better with a fog machine!

[40" (1 m)] We utilize the RMH1 for multiple activities; it is used to mount our laser alignment tool on our high-speed printers, or to mount a camera on any machine to record and evaluate performance. Even with machine vibration, magnet holds great and the lock-down for the ball head keeps the laser pointer and camera very steady.

[Black] After years of frustration and multiple failures across multiple brands, I swore never another inkjet, never-ever. Of the many laser/LEDs units this Xerox machine seems to be a perfect fit for us and its output speed and quality is stunning. The high resolution helps offset much of the color flatness issues with laser technology in general. Color line drawings (designs, schematics, et al) look fantastic and are equal to the output we'd get from the $30K machine at a blueprint house. And the C500 is soooo fast!!! But the real story is B & H - when FedX deposited a crushed and damaged machine, IN THE STREET, and AT THE WRONG ADDRESS, B&H did a no-hassle return and shipped another unit the next day. And, without telling us, for the same price, they upgraded shipping on the new unit to overnight! (FedX AGAIN delivered to the wrong address but at least the machine was intact.) We are so impressed with B & H support, and are also so pleased to have avoided Amazon (for many reasons). Thank you, B & H! B & H is now our first stop for online purchases.

[100 VAC, 60 Hz] My first laser printer of this size for home use. My usage is low for what this machine is capable of, however I bought it for its features with no consideration of capacity. It has performed very nicely to this point with no problems.

[8.5 Seconds] It was finally time to upgrade my 2003 HP laser printer / fax machine combo and take the opportunity to go wireless. I don’t print often, but I love the convenience of printing at home. I found the whole set-up to be straightforward. I had it on the wifi and working in no time. The prints look great. I was going to just get another HP printer, but after reading all the reviews about the required subscription, I ruled that out right away.
