Lavalier Microphone Fur Windscreen

[End Address] I am glad that I purchased the Sennheiser MZW102 windscreen for my MKE2 gold lavalier microphone. You will not hear and pops or scratching noises when you use this windscreen. I highly recommend it for older MKE2 gold lavalier microphones.

[Omnidirectional] We use this product on a lavalier style microphone transmitter. We already had a cardioid microphone on it, but when the speaker turned his head, it didn't catch the audio (like it's supposed to). So, we got this omnidirectional replacement cartridge which worked well. It was a little bit difficult to remove the old windscreen, but after that the old cartridge unscrewed with no problem and this one screwed in easily - windscreen back on and now we have a clear omnidirectional microphone!

[Phantom Power] Using a Canon C100 MkII for travel and hand held video. The built-in mic works well, but wanted something with more stereo separation. The MKE 440 with the fur windscreen works very well. Stereo separation is surprisingly good, and the pickup pattern is effective at suppressing out of picture sound. The fur windscreen and LF rolloff filter are quite effective at suppressing wind noise. The mic is very sensitive, so it picks up mechanical focus noise from some of the L Series lenses, but not from an 18-135 f?3.5-5.6 STM. Turns out this little lens is as sharp as the L Series 24-105 f/4.0 except at the outermost edges of the image in FHD that this camera produces. The MKE 440 is very well made with high quality materials. Very happy with it.

[Omnidirectional] Our original A-T lavalier mic windscreen got torn up and we needed a replacement. B&H had the best deal (from a reputable merchant), and the item arrived in perfect condition.

[Brown] Sennheiser ME 2 Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone is one of my favorite microphone that caches the sound of my acoustic musical instruments while I play and sing. I don't have to use two microphones while interviewing someone.

[End Address] The only Deadcat you should use for your Videomic Pro microphone because the other brands seem to be of a lesser quality. You need a dense fur to block the wind and this one by Rode seems to be the thickest.
