[750 VA] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this running for a couple weeks now and couldn’t be happier. I’ve installed this quite easily in my wall rack and have to say I am very happy with it’s performance and solid build quality. It’s as plug and play as you’re going to get. I find myself often looking over to see that it running as it’s very quiet and the fan only turns on when the load get’s to a certain levelEven then I just don’t hear it. Seems to be very efficient with low heat. This unit also has the lithium-ion battery and seems to weigh less than half the weight (just over 30lbs) of my older lead acid battery unit and smaller in overall size. In the long run I feel it’s going to be much more cost effective replacing the lithium-ion battery over time as they’re just getting cheaper and last longer than the older lead acid batteries. From an aesthetics point of view, I feel the unit is nicely designed and appealing. The multi-function LCD is easy to use and view various in-depth metrics. If you’re in the market looking for a smart ups or to replace a older lead acid unit then I highly recommend the APC smart-ups. Good quality brand and dependability. 5 |
