Light Table For Photography

[Soft] Great light for doing table top photography. You can paint different colors on the product for effect. Hard to beat what you can do with this light. Will buy another in the near future.

[20 W] I couldn't live without this for in studio table-top photography with artificial or natural light. Much easier than a softbox. I've also used it on location but it was windy and my assistant had a difficult time keeping it straight. On a calmer day it would have been perfect.

[1 x USB] I use these lights for technical still photography, both table top studio and on site. The color balance [daylight] is perfect. The light dispersion angle is about 60 degrees so I no longer need reflectors. The fan is extremely quiet so there should be no issues using them for video. I previously was using 200 watt incandescent lights and would go through 1/2 dozen bulbs a month. The LEDs have paid for themselves in just a few months and I no longer burn my finger tips accidentally. When I'm shooting on site these lights are subject to very rough use as I am working around machine tools and industrial equipment. They also get exposed to lubricating oil. I have had no problems with any of the four lights that I have used for over a year now. My only issues is that they really should be sold in sets. Each light comes with a remote. The remote can operate multiple lights so I have 3 remotes that I never use in my light kit. This is the best photographic investment I have made this year.

[0.57 lb] These are great for table top food and product photography!

[5 lb] Got this to support a camera while doing table top photography of small objects. Allows the camera to get closer while the tripod can't get any closer to the table top set up. Counterweights really do balance the rig.

[Foam Board] These are a terrific tool for food photography. Conveniently sized to be placed on a small table, they provide the easily controlled fill you need for a great image.

[1x 1/4"-20 Male] This was purchased for use doing macro photography work on a table. The Low Pod is a very simple product: solid build quality, stable, and fits standard tripod heads. With a geared head and 5DmkII, the Low Pod stays put, which is exactly what you need when doing macro work.

I did not use this clamp for photography, but instead a mounting clamp to attach a shooting table to my wheelchair. I shoot 10m Air Rifle with aspirations for making the Paralympics and needed a small quick-disconnect clamp to mount the extruded aluminum table. The Impact Atom clamp works perfectly for holding a stable platform and if I'm lucky, you'll see it during the Paralympics in Rio or at least in Tokyo 4 yrs later!
