Lithium Battery Batteries

[0.1 lb] I purchased the 3400 mAh Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery for my LEDlenser ML6 Lantern so that I would have a spare. The lantern comes with a stock 3000 mAh OEM battery. Using a battery analyzer made for testing of Lithium Ion 18650 batteries, I placed both batteries side by side. I ran four tests that Charged/Discharged and Charged again. I wanted to both exercise the new batteries, as well as compare their performance 3000 mAh vs 3400 mAh. Surprisingly the 3000 mAh battery out performed the 3400 mAh battery by a great deal. This was disappointing to have purchased a top notch battery so I would have extra capacity for my ML6 Lantern. Perhaps the company should question their supplier. [2000 mAh] This Lithium battery pack is one of the smartest things I have ever heard of for batteries. It charges very fast for its size and lasts very long! I would recommend this item to others!

[0.195 lb] Lithium Ion batteries are notoriously mislabeled for capacity. I use these for camera stabilizers and flashlights, and expect performance. This Nitecore battery provides the full labeled current with minimal voltage drop. I have cycled one of my three four times, and performance was fully maintained. The only issue was with my chargers - the batteries would show fast charging, but never quite finish. Removing the battery and reinserting showed a fully charged battery, suggesting an issue with both chargers. Performance is very good.

[0.145 lb] ZX800 battery works just fine as do all Coast rechargeable lithium batteries.They offer decent run times and and std discharge while not being used is slow which is a good thing.

[0.095 lb] Coast’s lithium battery ZX450 all batteries that Coast supply are excellent. Reason I say this is because rechargeable lithium batteries sometimes have issues like premature failure. Things like not taking a charge, memory issues, and short run times to name a few. I do handle lion cells as recommended which is important for long life. Coast batteries and my lithium cellular batteries are the only batteries that work as promised regarding rechargeable lithium cells. I expect an a dramatic improvement with rechargeable lithium batteries of all sizes any time.

[Lithium-Ion] Love the lithium battery. Lasts so much longer than all the alkaline batteries I was using and best of all it saves me gas on all the trips I don't have it make to change those alkaline batteries.
