Lockable Shelf Cabinet

[0.45 lb] I received the unit in good shape, well packaged by B&H. Sturdy,good looking,I feel better that �my photo equipment is in a humidity protected, locked �cabinet better than stored long term in camera bags. Convenient that when I am ready to go out on a shoot �the cabinet has all my bodies and lens displayed for quick selection. Only drawback is the bottom shelf has to stay up about a foot because the power unit inside will not allow shelf to pushed to the rear, still not a big problem and easily worked around.

[Key Lock] Usually my camera and lenses were kept in my back-pack on the floor. This meant whatever the room humidity was my equipment was also. Visiting my sister who’s a photographer, I noticed the Ruggard Electronic Dry Cabinet. I inquired about the cabinet and also researched the unit. Living in the Atlanta area, humidity can get up to 86% in summer. I called B&H, and the Ruggard Electronic Dry Cabinets were on sale. I purchased the Ruggard (50L) Cabinet. My equipment now stays in a dust free environment at the same humidity level. The protective glass door looks cool, and with the cabinet lights on it gives a professional look. The cabinet shelves are easy to adjust and it runs very quiet. It has a lock to keep out little hands. Because of the money spent on my equipment, I wouldve purchased the Ruggard Cabinet at its regular price. Happiness is the “safe haven” a Ruggard Electronic Dry Cabinet gives my camera equipment.

[22.8" / 580 mm] Great price. Very solid and well designed. Love the lockable casters for rolling it around. Holds my Native Instruments Maschine Studio very well...and has ability to tilt to perfect viewing angles...as desired. Be careful with over tilting to a straight upright position though cos Law of gravity will not hold your equipment!! Maybe a future design will take care of that?? Not a big deal with me though! Will buy again. Definitely recommended.

[Black] Used with a Sony KD55X7000E. Minor gripes; Shelf is cheap feeling plastic and doesn't look it will age well with heavy use (already scratched). Shelf doesn't mount backwards. A bit awkward to move without shelf and no handles included. Rotation lock hard to reach. Foot covers didn't quite screw in well with provided screws (self-tappers used instead) Setup is quite the task. If you can't IKEA, don't buy this system unassembled. Now the good things: Rolls beautifully. Wheels lock and unlock effortlessly. Truly one-finger height adjustment. Tilt mechanism simple and solid (using extension kit). Cable management is effective and not annoying. Power-board tray & shelf is adjustable at any height. Crazy amount of mounting compatibility.

[0.23 lb] Required to have it in your cabinet(or bag) necessary cleaning tool.
