[8.8 lb (4.0 kg)] I'm using the Camvate 11-inch articulating arm to hold a Logitech Brio webcam straight down over my Roland keyboard workstation (music.) I needed something secure enough and that would let me orient the camera from the perspective of the person playing the keyboard. I attached the articulating arm with a super clamp to the equivalent or an overhead shelf. For something lightweight like the Brio webcam, it worked like a charm. I did not use the cold shoe mount or the connector that came with the articulating arm, so I cannot comment on those. So far so good, I like it. Btw, it is little, just in case you were wondering.

[Lightning ] The Logitech "Wired Keyboard for iPad" is an excellent device. As long as your iPad has a lighting connector all you have to do is plug it in and it, just works like a charm. Have used it with both my basic iPad 6th and 9th generation models.

I just wish there was a way to keep the keyboard on it full time without taking it off. However, it’s a lot more protected than with the Apple keyboard that does not cover my whole iPad. Two questions I had to ask myself before purchasing my keyboard case: What’s the point in purchasing a keyboard that doesn’t double as a protective case? After reading massive reviews there were problems in blue tooth connections. Why buy an expensive case that doesn’t use power directly from the iPad connection? I’m going to have this for a very long time why start out with problems?

[1.475 lb] I had a 3rd gen iPad Pro 12.9 and used the Logitech keyboard folio, which I really liked. I just bought a 6th gen iPad Pro 12.9 and alas, the keyboard portfolio is not compatible. The bigger keyboard/cover form factor just doesn’t work. I ended up buying the Apple keyboard/folio and it’s a piece of junk. Please make a Logitech keyboard folio available for the 6th gen Pro 12.9

[iPadOS] I returned the Logitech Combo Touch in favor of the Apple Magic keyboard. I love using the iPad Caseless which this gives me the ability to do. I prefer typing on the Logitech but when the keyboard is detached, I find it too heavy to use one handed.

I've been using a MacBook Air for over eight years (still runs great!), but wanted an iPad because it's even smaller and lighter and more fun to use. When I do need a keyboard with it, however, this keyboard case emulates the keyboard on my MacBook Air perfectly, especially with the built-in trackpad. It just works great. Couldn't be more pleased.

Just be aware that if you lift up the iPad (to carry it somewhere, for instance) and don't hold onto the Logitech keyboard, it will fall down. So Make sure you close up the Logitech keyboard onto the iPad if you move it!
