[1.405 lb] I couldn't be happier with this logitech case that I bought for my brand new ninth generation iPad. I've been using a MacBook Air for over eight years (still runs great!), but wanted an iPad because it's even smaller and lighter and more fun to use. When I do need a keyboard with it, however, this keyboard case emulates the keyboard on my MacBook Air perfectly, especially with the built-in trackpad. It just works great. [1.475 lb] I had a 3rd gen iPad Pro 12.9 and used the Logitech keyboard folio, which I really liked. I just bought a 6th gen iPad Pro 12.9 and alas, the keyboard portfolio is not compatible. The bigger keyboard/cover form factor just doesn’t work. I ended up buying the Apple keyboard/folio and it’s a piece of junk. [Mac, iPadOS] Got this to use with my Macbook Pro and Windows laptop in my home office. Keyboard easily switches between windows and Mac. It has a solid build quality and good feel when typing. I got the tactile quiet and it does make some sound. It doesn't bother me, but my wife giggles when I type fast and she can hear from the next room. [AC Input] I've been using a 2021 MacBook pro with an external monitor and regular keyboard for about a year now. I bought this Touch ID keyboard recently to avoid having to reach up on my laptop stand to use the laptop's TID sensor. I was happy to see that the new keyboard didn't require an further setup after pairing. TID just started working from the get go. The extended number pad is also very useful. Battery life is fantastic - I didn't have to recharge until a few days had passed. 5 |
