[Cable] Works great on the USB-C/Thunderbolt port on the Mac Mini M1 to get a second display.

[SFP+] This is my second unit. For those of you contemplating a completely separate CPU to carry your samples, consider one or two of these stuffed with 4GB SSD drives instead. So one unit would give you access to 16TB of data (4x4TB). You can rig these so two drives use one USB-C (Thunderbolt) cable, or so that all four drives use the same cable (Thunderbolt 3 or 4 on Mac, and don't use cheap cables). Much less hassle and less expensive than a second PC or Mac; no maintenance; and super fast loading of samples in real time at 10Gb/sec. Using matching drives will always give you more predictable results, naturally. A perfect setup! And B&H was the friendliest place to buy this!

[0.365 lb] I purchased this Corning Thunderbolt cable to separate the new Mac Pro and the Promise R8 Hard Drive array 32 feet apart. The high speed cable offers blazing speed on a beautiful, trim package!!

[macOS] After running Lightroom and Photoshop on a MacBook Pro for about 5 years, I finally broke down and bought the Mac Pro. I did not realize how much time I had been wasting, twiddling my thumbs while the old MacBook churned away processing images. The Mac Pro is very fast and quiet and has a nice assortment of ports. After purchasing a Thunderbolt to Firewire adapter, I was able to quickly mount two daisy chained external Firewire drives along with a USB3 drive and a new Thunderbolt backup drive. It is also nice to have the 1TB internal flash drive for software and temporary storage. It took me a while to figure out that I needed a new, Thunderbolt to Display Port cable to connect the Mac Pro to my 27 inch NEC monitor. Once I got the NEC cable and a keyboard, I was quickly up and running with a monitor resolution of 2560 x 1440 (no adaptor required). Although the Mac Pro does not have an optical drive, I learned that it can share the drive on my MacBook Pro using WiFi or an ethernet cable. I was able to use this approach to install some software that I have on CDs. Overall, I am very happy with the Mac Pro. It may be the last computer that I ever buy.

[1x Stacking] Reliable product. Length of cable is great for use with a single stationary Mac. Thunderbolt speed is great. Did have to buy aThunderbolt to Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) adapter since I have a new Mac with the Thunderbolt 3 port. Just something to be aware of.

[Black] Along with a Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt female cable, this cable allows me to connect an older Mac Mini directly to the latest one, for direct data transfer using the older machine as a target drive

[1x HDMI Female] I have a new Apple M1 Mac mini and an Apple Cinema Display. This is the ONLY CABLE you need to connect them together (assuming you already have the associated power brick & its cables). For about $15 you can use an old reliable monitor with the newest M1 Mac mini. I tried 3 or 4 other cables (spending about $200) from B&H in addition to other retail/online sellers - none of them worked. This cable does the job
