Manfrotto Compact Advanced

[Gimbal Head] Paired with Manfrotto BeFree Advanced carbon fiber tripod. Easy to set up. Definitely robust construction. Good enough for me and my amateur photography hobby.

[0.25 lb] Bought this pack after trying the Manfrotto Advanced Befree III 15L. That was too small for my growing Sigma fp system. This Multiloader 17L is a little bigger than I had hoped, but the space is ample and allows me to pack my gear without having to squeeze anything into too tight a space. The design is smart, with functionality to accommodate all my needs - camera, lenses, a 15-inch laptop, tripod, documents, accessories. It's a winner.

[Ball Head] got it to use with Manfrotto Befree Advanced Carbon Fiber Travel Tripod with 494 Ball Head - works great really close to ground and reduces weight of tripod as a plus

[2" (50 mm)] I own the Manfrotto Advanced BeFree tripod. While I really love that tripod, I dislike the unreliable and cumbersome Manfrotto QR mechanism, as the user may easily drop the camera on the floor, or eventually have that QR mechanism stuck. Then I looked for a reasonably priced Arca-type ball head of similar size and weight load capacity, and that Sirui E-10 Ball Head with TY-50E Plate perfectly met the above criteria. In addition, panning process is smooth and easy.

[Sealed] These are so compact—yet heavy! Really love the fact that you can wrap them around any stand—unlike traditional sandbags that have to have a horizontal leg like a C-stand to rest on. I was using Manfrotto Counter Balance Weights (orange painted iron counter balance weight)—but the Kupos are quicker to install/remove and easier to carry (on your shoulders). Plus the Manfrotto Weights could do serious damage if dropped.

[Aluminum] I mounted this on my Manfrotto Compact Travel 61" tripod. Setup was quick. The item came in a well protected packaging. This little item saved me from having to purchase an ARCA type tripod (at least until this one is kaput). Now I can transition from my Peak Design clip on shoulder strap to the tripod without removing the ARCA mount.
