Matte Sticker Printing

[Black] I had been printing shipping labels on sticker paper, which would never line up to the top edge, so I had to cut them out of the middle of the paper. It was a pain and a waste. Now I press print and the QL-1100 is all like, "I got this" and shoots it out in two seconds. It was super easy for me to set it up. I have a Dell computer. I'm not technically savvy and it was a snap. I love, love, love this printer. I had been on the fence about buying a thermal printer, and I'm kicking myself for waiting this long.

[1x Paper Roll] I love this printing paper and the matte finish is perfect. It's amazing for the price.

[High] This is the black ink that's used for printing in B&W on plain paper. Be sure to have enough for your printing needs. Matte photo prints also use this ink so it gets a lot of use.

[102 gsm / 27 lb] In this size, there are not a lot of choices for matte finish paper made for photo printing at office (not 'premium') quality. This is the best value I found , and I'm very happy with it. Also happy with B&H for offering this choice.

[310 gsm] What a delightful surprise this paper is. Just finished a portrait of my grandsons and the printing of a perfectly soft sharpness to the matte finish emerged. This seems like lovely blend between a gloss and matte.

[Single] A genuine matte finish, just what I was looking for. 4 times more affordable than anything available locally. A previous review commented that the printing surface is not indicated. That's true, but merely using 1 sheet (out of 100) for a test run demonstrates very well which side of it should be printed on. And it dries FAST (unlike a more expensive paper from a competitor that I bought by way of comparison). I'm going to buy this again.

[11.185 lb] I’m a long time fine art printing expert, pro for 27 years. I extensively tested almost all available inkjet papers. There is a huge pile of printing tests at the studio. This one is my favorite for many fine art printing for many reasons. The feeling in your hand immediately impress customers. Paper is thick and feel very luxury. The texture is like the surface of a lemon. The finish is not really matte. It’s a midpoint between matte and luster, a unique finish I’m in love with. I recommend to test a sample pack first. It gives very deep blacks, generally a weakness on matte papers. Don’t forget to apply a varnish. Mandatory on matte, since it’s sensitive to scratches.

[Luster] This is the first time I have used matte paper. I am always satisfied with Epson paper. I am going to start using matte paper more often. Great paper. I use it for photography classes. I am printing black and white photos this semester.
