It also makes it much easier to use the phone while charging. By charging my 12 Pro Max, I was able to get an additional 70% battery life before the charger died. I am very happy with this Soundlink Max Portable out of all the portable made this has to be the best one. The sound is very amazing it's crispy and clear with a great bass. I was using it in a warehouse with loud equipment running you can still hear the music.
