[None] This is a simple microphone stand. 5 |

[Figure-8] I am a professional videographer. This microphone is proving to be an excellent solution for video recording choral concerts. I always setup my camcorder at the back of the auditorium and need to set microphones much closer to the singers and in front of the audience as much as possible. I have routinely used wireless XLR clip-on transmitters on 2 microphones at the top of a tall microphone stand with a cross bar to hold the mics at 90-degrees to each other. That's an awkward amount of weight at the top of a skinny mic stand, and balancing the audio from both mics is always challenging. The AT8022 provides a much cleaner solution, with a single cable discreetly leading down the pole to near the base, where I connect the two transmitter modules to the right and left cable ends. In addition to being a cleaner setup, it gives me better access to the transmitter modules if I need to change batteries, turn them on/off, etc. The stereo separation is better than ever, and the microphone sensitivity seems to be nearly perfect for this application. 5 |

[Stereo] I bought this shockmount for use with Neumann KM184, which are extremely sensitive to movement, shock and vibration even at very low, even almost subsonic frequencies. If I use a conventional mic clip on a stand on stage for example, I get booming footsteps through the stand/clip. I have tried several other rubber-band style mounts, which help slightly, but still not acceptable. This lyre type clip is the best I have tried. Any residual noise is at such low frequency, that I can filter most of it with a highpass at 20 or 30 Hz. But to be truly effective, however, you can not use standard microphone cables (1/4 diameter) because the stiff mic cable puts stress on the lyre and makes it less effective. Moreover, the cable itself conducts mechanical noise to the microphone body. To get the best performance, use a cable made with Mogami 2697 super thin balanced mic cable, make a small loop behind the mic and clip the cable into the strain-relief built-in to the back of this clip. If you have a long mic cable run, just use a 3' pigtail of the thin cable at the mic for this purpose. 5 |

[0.01 lb] Throw away your ugly microphone clips. Bubblebee's lav concealer will hide the microphone from view resulting in a more pleasing shot. If done properly, you shouldn't ever get noise from rubbing fabric. Game changer! I own two - one for each lavaliere that I own. 5 |

[Stainless Steel] I paired three of these with a Manfrotto 154 triple microphone holder/bar, to attach 3/8 threaded microphone clips (Rycote brand). They are much more compact than the studs that come with the 154 and the thread is nice and long. The actual machining/construction itself appears very high quality. Overall it gives a much cleaner looking setup with a mic clip installed. 5 |

[30,000 Cycles] These microphone tie clips fit perfectly. We are very happy to find the clip that is specifically made for the lapel mic that we have. It's a well made product. 5 |

[0.205 lb] I purchased these clips to attach two Scheops Collette microphones (20mm dia) back to back for MS and Blumlein stereo. They are a simple yet highly effective solution. One microphone is held in a clip or suspension, and the clips are placed on either side of the clip to hold the second microphone. The clips are made of a springy polymer (probably polycarbonate) with a soft liner. There is also an O-ring around the outside to provide added tension and positive location. These would be an excellent adjunct for Rycote lyre suspensions, as well as any suitable clip. 5 |

[1 to 10 V] The LC-1 Lapel Clip, available from B&H, is the original that comes with the Azden lapel microphone, but is not avaible from Azden. The clips are designed well but may still be subject to breakage if talent tries to snap the microphone on or off the clip rather than sliding it. 5 |
