[0.2 lb] This windshield and windjammer by rycote is very durable and easily fits the Sennheiser MKH-416 Microphone. It filters out a lot of wind noise with little coloration to the overall quality of the audio. This specific one is designed just for the 416 and works great with any boom pole. 5 |

[Black] I love this microphone. Shot an interview the other night using this with the Rycote Windshield kit. I had the microphone angled to the floor and there was a lot of drilling and construction going on in the background. The background noise was almost non-existent. I was very happy with its performance. So far, I have experienced no negative sides to this microphone. 5 |

[0.47 lb] I gave it 5 stars but honestly this is the first blimp (or windshield) I've used to go with the first microphone I've owned/used so I have nothing to compare it to. But the two work together to give me better audio than the microphones built into the Zoom H4n do. I'm, of-course, using the Zoom H4n with the mic/Baby Ball Gag combo. 5 |

[1] The Windshield works just fine with the Windjammer! From my experience it is better if you have your windshield size 1mm bigger (not more) than the actual diameter of the mic. When diameters are the same, the BBG will fit, but if you need to put it on and off from time to time, it is better to get an extra millimeter to smoothen the operation. Will not affect the efficiency of wind reduction. 5 |
