Microsoft 1000 Laptop Google Chrome

[Internal] Works good and it came so quick.Picked up my google chrome book and connected quick. Not an easy job cause my PC is connected through a netgear powerline 500.No signal at all in my room cause it is all concrete with a doorway and window.

[5 x 4 x 0.02"] Was converting a little used 11.6 Lenovo laptop from windows 7 to a chrome book. I had problems getting the lenovo to recognize the usb Sandisk that I had put the Chrome recovery software on. Had read to try another brand of USB stick so I bought this Transcend 16 GB drive and the Lenovo recognized it right away. The installation went well and we kept it out of a landfill.

[2400 TB] Friend had older laptop that was so slow. She has limited budget and is saving for a new PC, yet current unit took over 3 minutes to boot. And Chrome took about 25 seconds to fire up. This SSD came to the rescue! Cleaned up some Windows 10 stuff, cloned old 5,400 rpm 500 GB disk to the PNY CS900 500GB SSD. Wow, she's so happy! For under $40 it's never been this fast, even when new. Boot time about 30 seconds and Chrome loads in ~ 3 seconds. Fantastic value.

[16 GB] I've been using the Microsoft Laptop since version 1 and it has consistently been an amazing piece of hardware! I was so glad to get the Microsoft Laptop 4 - it has great performace, lightweight, and is fast! Boot is super quick! Highly recommended for work or school.

Unboxing and assembly was straightforward, fast and simple. Then I ordered another one for my envious friend. She decided to take it to her sister with severe arthritis and mobility issues. Sis was glad to replace her heavy cumbersome table with this stand because she can adjust it and easily roll it out of the way. I roll mine from room to room, out on the deck or screened porch or into a corner when it's not in use. The crescent shape of the top is both ergonomic and stylish. I highly recommend this classy laptop stand. And it's a good deal.

[0.185 lb] I like it but the chrome does come off over time and I wish it had a flat side.
