[Stand Base] Even though my Blue Yeti microphone comes with a deluxe, heavy black anodized aluminum stand, I like this one better. The Blue Yeti mic stand is tall, and the mic blocks too much of the view of my monitor. This stand, on the other hand, is the perfect height. The bottom of my microphone is barely 2 inches above the desk. It's amazingly simple to deploy, with three legs that feel like metal, maybe steel, I'm not sure. The little footpads grip the desk nicely. If you want to mount the mic directly to the 5/8 adapter like I did, you will need to purchase a right-angle mini USB adapter, because there's not enough clearance between the bottom of the mic and the stand for a conventional mini USB plug.

[7 x 4.55 x 1.2"] This adapter is perfect to change any XLR microphone into a mini to fit directly into a DSLR. Perfect fix for anyone who owns an XLR microphone and wants to record sound directly into the DSLR camera. The Mogami cost more than others brands like the Sennheiser adapter, but the quality of build and sound diffrence is indisputable.

[100 mm Bowl] WIth mini XLR words well without adapter with BMPCC 6k pro. Microphone performing well. Only issue is that one end of the cable is fixed to the microphone, so that there is no flexibility of length, which constrains rig design somewhat.

[0.7 lb] I was tired of having to use the mini to PC and PC to mini adapter when connecting my Pocket Wizards to my ABs. The 3' Mini Male to Mini Male cables by Hosa are the perfect replacement. The 3' length gives plenty of distance between the Pocket Wizards and the strobes so there is no EMF interference that may cause a misfire. I have used the cables on several shoots (that have lasted over 10 hours) and have had no issues. I no longer have to worry about losing those small Pocket Wizard adapters.

I think it’s a very useful adapter for using gopro black 8 with microphone. But It would be better if the adapter cable was flat.
