[UV] This series as well as the ceramic series seems to keep cleaner than other filters I've used. I like the protection and these are my new standard.

[11.5x] Does all it claims to do, perfect for those miniature paint jobs.

[Glass] I like this Sigma Ceramic protector filter, feels rigid and solid, much better than Zeiss.

[Black] I can't get over how much sound comes from these things, and they are so small! They help make my TV room feel like a miniature theater.

[Vinyl] Much less delicate than my last background, so it worked great for (gently) putting ceramic ware directly on top of.

[Multi Coated] I own several Sigma Ceramic WR filters from 67-82mm. All of them are great, and none of them have been scratched or otherwise damaged in any way. I have not noticed any issues with flare or other impacts on the image quality. They are resistant to getting smudged, and they are very easy to clean. Price wise, they cost about the same as BW XS-pro. I prefer Sigma because of the stronger glass and because they are easier to clean. The XS-Pro slim filters have a slightly thinner frame, and hold a theoretical advantage with regards to vignetting.

[BA15d] The new design has metal at the base where the bulb is attached as opposed to the previous design of ceramic. I am hoping this makes it stronger as the ceramic would dry out and crack on the previous design and the bulb would no longer work.

[Spot Clean] This is a hardy vinyl that takes a heavy beating from moving large ceramic pieces on and off it. The dark background is perfect to help the sculpture pieces sing. Photography is not my specialty but the background helps me get closer to professional quality images of my work for documentation. Next I’ll be experimenting with lighting.
