[1.35 lb] I had doubts about the ballhead but, when using it, I found that it supports a mirrorless SLR with a 70-200 mm telephoto lens. It is very well made.

[11 x 8.8 x 2.9"] Excellent for carrying Mirrorless camera with small lens. I am using it with a 70-200 and it is working great. Relieves stress on your neck and back.

[150 mm] Just getting into mirrorless. This is a great lens. I have use 70-200 lens on my DSLRs for years. This is equal to any I have had in the past. Appears to be well constructed and sealed against dust.

[Carbon Fiber] Impressed with this monopod for its versatility and quick release options. I use it with a 70-200 mm lens and several Sony mirrorless cameras and it's great for stability. Will absolutely handle larger lenses than that. The legs can detach from the monopod to be used as a hi-hat tripod for low angle shooting, which I love. Very uniquely and intelligently designed.

[0.4 lb] I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband, a professional photographer. He needed a lens case for his Nikon 70-200 mm lens. At first we thought it was too big, but it fits the lens with the tripod mount attached just perfectly. He's used it without any problems on a photo shoot. It fits nicely on his Spider belt and enables him to switch between his 24-70 mm and the 70-200 mm flawlessly.

[3/8"-16 Male] I bought this particular tripod because I was looking for a tripod that was sturdy enough to handle my 70-200 mm lens, the heaviest one I own. Prior to this tripod, I'd only used the $50-100 ones from Best Buy, which I knew wouldn't work too well for a lens of this size. When my Manfrotto arrived, set up was pretty easy; just had to read the directions carefully. But it holds my camera perfectly. Because there's some weight to it, whenever I use it, I feel like it's very secure, even on a grassy hill. If you can afford it, this is a good one to get!

[1x 1/4"-20 Male] I am using this on a Gorilla Pod with a Canon 5D Mark II with a 70-200 mm lens. Rock solid and very easy to use.

[FUJIFILM G] A good option to use my Canon lenses on the camera. I tried it with the 70-200 mm lenses and there is no need to switch between full frame to 35mm as when I use 70 mm or 200 mm focus there is is just a little bit of vignette on the corners, but too little so I can crop it later on Lightroom. Otherwise you have the option to switch to 35 mm with a final photo of about 30 megapixels.
