[128.5 dB ] This mixer operates essentially the same way you liked the previous model.

[Serato DJ Pro] This is probably my favorite mixer of all time! It's a step up from the older model S-9, but much more easier to use than my Rane 72.

[Download] Before the Model 12 I used the Model 24 a lot. Sometimes I found myself using very few inputs on the Model 24 but then having to still carry around a huge mixer. It got inconvenient. Then I got a Model 12 and it has been a life saver! Still packs a good punch like the bigger mixer but with a smaller footprint. Travels nicely as well!

[17.77 lb] We have used the previous version of this aviom mixer and were satisfied with it. As they no longer made that model this is the replacement for that model. It is comparable in operation so that transition went smoothly.

[2.9 lb] This shure mic mixer is used in a large church with a choir. It replaces the same make and model that the church has used for years and which was dropped one too many times!

[20 Hz to 20 kHz] This thing is an absolute monster for a little mixer. Running it on the L1 Model 2 with great ease. Sounds good to me.

[Metal] I needed a new mixer for permanent installation at my church. A friend of mine with extensive experience in the recording industry recommended the Mackie VLZ4 series for their build quality and design for live recording as opposed to studio recording (previous mixer was for studio recording). I went with the 32-channel model so that I could have everything plugged in at the same time: the 16-channel snake that runs to front of house, 4 wireless mics, 4 ceiling mics, and 2 computers. We have 4 mono channels leftover for future growth. I love that this board has everything I need (post-fader aux sends, EQ, compressors) and very little of what I don't need (FX). The sound quality is fantastic - very rich and warm natural sound. Many people commented to me about how big the thing is, but we had the space for it and the 24-channel model wasn't big enough for my needs.

[8"] This mixer has been improved time and again by Mackie. I had the original VLZ model, and it finally died after 20 years of use and neglect. This new model sounds so much better, with much cleaner preamps and improved action on all the pots and faders. It's a workhorse!

[Mounting clamp] places the mixer right where you need it.
