They sent it to me quicker than I had expected, then when I noticed on the instructions it said there were a cord or 2 that was sold separately, I contacted them about purchasing, they said no problem they would be in the mail in a few days. Once again I was willing to make the purchase, they instead over delivering again. Honestly they should just be put in charge of every customer service experience at every company on the earth!

The motorized lens is perfect for our church setting where you can use a clip on hand switcher to zoom in and out during the church service without having to reach over the camera. Very smooth and quiet. Fits the blackmagic pocket camera which is what we needed it for.
