[142] I have been running cb’s for years and this GMRS radio was easy to set up and start using.

[HPX Resin] I have two Kenwood mobiles I use on GMRS and love this desk mic. I don't like holding the hand mic so I got this. Very clear modulation and was simple plug and play. Thinking of getting second mic so as not to keep changing mic from radio to radio.

[1.49 lb] These have great battery life and also takes AA batteries. I've used them through a Retevis RT97 GMRS repeater (antenna height at 15 feet due to limitations). Through the repeater, I was able to get about 5.5 miles from elevated rural terrain and a strong, clear copy while driving around this small town. (if you don't know what a repeater is, look it up as this type of radio setup is not the same as a simple direct radio to radio communication). As far as simple direct radio to radio performance, the terrain and buildings greatly affect range. In my small town, I was able to get a clear copy up to 0.6 miles in High Power setting. That's about the average range when using this type of radio within city limits. When I drove up to slightly elevated terrain towards the outer city limits, where little to no obstructions were present, I got about 3 miles with some noise but still readable signal. Overall, a solid little GMRS radio and definitely recommend it if you need a repeater-capable radio that takes AA batteries.

[12 x 9 x 3"] The GXT 67Pro is by far the easiest GMRS radio I have used. MidlandUSA made the functions, display and features so easy to use. Setting up groups was an easy way for me to preprogram my different Jeep groups for my preset channels. I love the car charger it comes with. It snaps in the base and doesn’t fall out when wheeling. I will definitely be purchasing another radio and the data cable to open more channels.

[Yes] Solid radio. This is no toy GMRS radio, great output, very good quality and built for rugged outdoor use.

[2.955 lb] The GXT67 Pro is a Home Run for Midland! Full 5 watts, waterproof & dust proof, noise cancelling Mic, long battery life, repeater capable, 50 channels of GMRS/FRS right out of the box with another 49 available with the optional PC interface that also allows you to custom name your channels with up to 8 characters. Rugged design, with a large display that fits nicely in your hand gives this radio more of a traditional look and feel. For those who use repeaters, it is both narrow and wide band capable although most repeaters are wide band. Ten NOAA weather channels with weather alert are a bonus but some of the more notable features are the 10 Groups with 143 Group Godes, Privacy Codes, CTCSS, DCS, VOX and so much more. The icing on the cake is the top-quality carry case that cradles the GXT67 Pro and accessories keeping them safe from loss and damage. Ok, so it’s loaded with features that everyone wants but how does it work. GREAT! The 5 watts gives much greater talk power than much of the competition. Distance when used in a vehicle compared to lower power units is double and hitting repeaters in the Phoenix Metro area has been easy. And while it is pricy compared to those clam shell packaged ones, it has the feel and features of a quality Ham walkie costing much more. You will find out quickly that it is well worth the cost based on quality, features and performance. The GXT67 Pro is truly a professional grade GMRS portable radio.

[2.2 lb] We have been using Midland GMRS on trails for a few years. They’ve all worked great. We now live in a 5th wheel on family property. When I wanted a way to communicate with the main house, Midland was my obvious choice. I wanted the cheapest permanent radio I could get from them that was simple enough for anyone to grab the mic and use it. Even if they’ve never used a radio, we have all seen Smokey and the Bandit, so almost everyone knows to just click the button and talk! I purchased 2 MXT115 radios, mounted them inside the house and RV. I was worried the antenna may not be strong enough, but the included antenna works perfectly at our distance (approx 150 yards) without even having to mount it outside. I used the adhesive backed plate and simply stuck ithe antenna beside the radio. Clear reception every time. This will be my go to radio for budget installs. Works great, even better price point.

[Black / Gray] These are perfect compliments to the GMRS Radio I installed in our Jeep. Range is exceptionally good. Battery life is excellent. Clarity of sound is great.

[16x BRS] The CLS-1110 2-way radio by Motorola is small, lightweight and easily accessible for my assisted living staff. If only there was a way to eliminate the protruding antenna (can easily get in the way), this would be the world's most perfect unit!
