[Latch] I didn't use the divider kit in a Pelican case, but rather as an organizer for my camera gear in an existing drawer. The flexibility of the kit really allowed me to get everything exactly as I wanted.

[Silicone] This thing is used to carry one or two lenses in the lightest way possible. It's comfy, despite the narrow, lightweight strap, because E-mount lenses aren't very heavy. I wouldn't try it with the 70-200, though. The middle part is plastic and might break off, not to mention that at that weight, the strap would probably start cutting into your shoulder. For all the other lenses, though, it's the lightest, most comfortable way to carry them. It affords them zero protection, but if you're reasonably careful, you'll save a lot of weight, including the weight of the bag. And it makes lens changes super easy! There's a plastic shield in the middle that keeps dirt out of the back ends of the lenses while they're mounted on the carrier.
