Nikon Camera And Lens

[Aluminum alloy] I just got it and attached it to my NEX-5 with my Nikon 50mm f1.4 lens and I love it! Lens is oriented normally, I am using the camera in manual mode. I had to go to Set-up/Release w/o Lens - Enable to make it work. As a bit older photog I found using a pair of reading glasses (from the Dollar store) helps me see to manually focus better. It allows me to use my entire selection of Nikon lenses with this small, light weight, incredibly powerful body! If manual doesn't bother you (I grew up in a manual world) this is a fantatstic accessory that allows you to take advantage of your existing lenses (or buy used lenses at a fraction of the cost of new) to greatly expand this wonderful camera system with a $ investment!!!!!!! B&H service was great as always!

[0.385 lb] Dropped camera onto concrete walk. Lens hood on 24-70 Nikon lens hit the ground first and sacrificed its life to save my camera. I was very lucky. No damage to camera or lens.

[0.055 lb] Excellent lens for my Nikon Z

[3.9" / 100.0 mm] This camera plate secures my Nikon with a telephoto lens to the tripod very well. It is solid and durable.

[Plastic] Easy to use. Fits well on my Nikon camera. Does its job and prevents lens flares.

[Bayonet] if I don't buy the nikon accessory for my Nikon camera, I always buy this name brand!

[3 x 2.9 x 1.4"] This adapter works brilliantly on my Nikon Camera with the Boyer Topaz Lens that I got! This allows you to use only manual lenses that you can buy for cheap on ebay!

[FUJIFILM X] Just recently inherited more old Nikon lenses. They adapted nicely to my XT-3. The build of the adapter is nice and solid. Using the old lenses on mirrorless is nice, no auto focus, but focus indicator works, and real-time exposure. Make sure you set your camera to shoot without lens. One thing that the company doesn't mention is how to remove the lens from the adapter. Pull the pin sticking out toward the camera body then you can twist and remove. Definitely a recommendation from me. Price is great as well.

[Yes] I ordered this strap for a trip to Chicago I was going on, I wanted something that was more comfortable than the strap that came with my Nikon D300. This strap was great, it has a little bit of stretch to it which made it more forgiving than the stock camera strap. The two pockets on the strap are big enough for a CF memory card and a lens cloth. There are also slots for a pen and maybe an extra battery or something small. The quick release clips are a nice touch though I didn't use them. Very comfortable to wear around all day with a heavier camera body/lens. The quality is also very good, doesn't seem like it would come apart any time soon.

[1.04 lb] I use this raincover for a non conventionnal rain protection , but it fit with all my needs ( Nikon camera fitted with Ninja on top, very large lens and partial protection of a Rodde microphone ) . This single cover is more efficient and large than my tricky last protections combination ( Schtler SR400 + Katta ) or my Think Tank for large lens ( unusable with a Ninja ).
