[Canon EF] First, have a pair of tweezers or very small pliers on hand. Second, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Other than that, it's easy, and solid. NOTE: this is NOT meant to switch between lenses. If you have more than one Nikon/Nikkor lens, buy one for each. Once it's on there, you won't want to remove it. You can, just not very easily. Also, this does NOT support any AF or aperature or any other electronics. Manual only. I don't yet know the weather sealing on it, but I'm not about to test it. I think I'll keep this in the studio. I love being able to use my favorite old Nikkor nifty fifty again!

[Full-Frame] The trial run on this lens attached to a Nikon D7100. The reviews that I had read complained of slow focus, but I noted the lens could focus from 8 foot to infinity in about a second which is as fast as other lenses that I have with less of a zoom range. I was easily able to track a Frisbee chasing dog with auto focus set to 3D mode. The images are sharper than expected. Good lens for the money. I can't wait to take on photo safari to India! Mechanically the lens feels well built and operates smoothly. The USB dock is a huge advantage preventing downtime sending your lens to the factory if adjustment or firmware updates are needed. I have other Sigma lenses an all perform well and produce sharp images. I can't give it any Cons at this time because weight and aperture have their expected limitations.

[Yes] I bought this from B&H a few weeks ago. So far the results and photo's are outstanding. This replaced a Nikon D7100 camera, and is a fine addition to my Camera Equipment. I have a D810, and a D750 as well. I think one would be very happy with this purchase.
