Nikon Digital Camera D40

[0.045 lb] I have bought this product for my Nikon D40 battery charger.

[0.13 lb] I use this model plate on my Nikon D40 on an Arca Swiss Z1 ballhead with a handscrew plate mount. I previously used a generic plate with no lip on the back, which was fine for landscape shots but terrible for vertical ones. The problem was no matter how much I tightened the screw holding the plate to the camera, the camera would rotate a bit on the plate itself, making it very hard to compose shots on the tripod. I bought this plate because it has the lip in the back to prevent that. I've taken it out several times now, and it's worked flawlessly. The only thing I don't like is the allen wrench screw because I'd like to be able to put the plate on and take it off more easily. (My old plate had a simple flathead screw big enough that I could use a quarter to screw it in tightly.) But this plate is small and light enough that I always keep it on the camera, and the allen wrench fits in my camera bag anyway.

[Multi Coated] I was looking for an inexpensive warming filter for my 55-200 and 18-55 on my Nikon D40. This is my go everywhere camera. This filter fits the need just fine!!!

[Lithium-Ion] Brought my Nikon D40 back to life, and worked fine with the Nikon quick charger I have. Hooray!

[1100 mAh / 8 Wh] These batteries work well in my Nikon D40. If I would just remember to turn the power off, even when connected to a PC, and stop running them down so far that they can't take a charge, I would not have to keep buying so many of them. That is not the fault of the batteries, though.

[8.8 x 4 x 0.3"] I have always used the AEGIS Professiona Optic Screen Protector on my Nikon D40 and when I purchased a Nikon D40X it was a no brainer to get one for it. The only LCD protector to buy.

This is now my everyday camera. It gives excellent results, on a par with my Canon D40. Well built, easy to handle and use. Faster than any point and shoot I have ever owned. I don't use this camera like an slr, I use it like a range finder for people photography on the street it's great.

[Nikon Z] Have old Minolta lenses and currently use Nikon digital camera. The adapter allows me to use my old minolta lenses on my newer Nikon camera. Just working through the peculiarities of using old manual lenses on a fully modern camera. Results so far have been OK but I assume will improve once I get accustomed to the adapter and minolta lense differences. Ordering through BH Photo on line was quick and easy and fair price.

[f/3.5 to 5.6] This is the best camera I've ever had. Seems like with digital around I wind up re-camera-ing about every 5 years and I have never been able to do expensive stuff so my last 2 cameras were a Nikon d32 and a Nikon 1 s1. This G100 is everything I hoped for in the Nikon 1's. Picture quality is astounding. Best picture quality I have ever had and best auto-focus I have ever had. I compared picture quality of this g100 against my Galaxy s22 in which Samsung is touting a professional grade camera in this phone, and without question the g100 pictures are better in every way. So I mainly got this for blogging and this camera exceeds my needs, very happy I made this purchase.
