[8.04 lb] I am using this stand with a Nikon D800E with a macro lens to copy slides from a light table. The stand is perfectly plumb and square. The camera mount holds the camera and lens without flexing and the mount does not slide out of position.

[-3 to +1] This is a fine full frame camera. I also use a D600, the images are about the same. Dust does not seem to be an issue with this camera. The quality of the images taken with a full frame as opposed to an APS-C, are considerable!! You can turn ordinary (photo one), into extraordinary (photo two). The insect was taken with the D610 and a 60mm macro lens. The moon was taken with a 70-300mm Nikon lens, and the buildings were taken with a 16-35mm Nikon f4 lens. This camera can do it all!! I have taken thousands of macro shots with this camera. You can shoot with ISO 6400 and have very little noise. Now that the Nikon D750 is out, I would consider this also. I doubt that the image quality will be much better, but other features may be for you.

[13.5" / 34.3 cm] This is a 15 light stalk Flash flexible extension for Nikon or Canon. I found it to be a real good way to get that hand held flash look away from the front of your camera so you can get the off camera effects that are harsh from the top hot-shoe. This unit is sturdy and does the trick that helps get light to a macro subject that most strobes miss because the light can not be directed properly to the subject. Not with this guy. It's perfect for the macro or portrait person.

[2:1] I bought this to get back into macro photography. My previous Macro Lens was a Nikon 105mm G on a D300. Yeah, it's been awhile. This new Laowa lens exceeded my expectations. It is superbly sharp from corner to corner at most apertures. It is very well built. And I really prefer macro lenses to be MF only, which this lens is. This is by far my favorite macro lens for the Fuji X System. The only minor criticisms that I could make is that I wish it had weather sealing - that's it!

[f/22] I use this lens on my Nikon Df. It's good for everything except what might call for a speciality lens, ie Micro/Macro and telephoto.

[Nikon F] ...tubes are a necessity for macro photography. Nikons extension tubes are superior in build quality when compared to others manufactured for Nikon cameras. The mating tolerances are tighter and they are less likely to sag and lose connection when used with additional tubes. I'm replacing my PK-13 after 10 years of use because the locking pin snapped...my fault. Reordering the same component after 10 years of use, given today's advancement in technology, should tell you something...other than Nikon has not updated their equipment. But...no need to mess with perfection.

[Bayonet] if I don't buy the nikon accessory for my Nikon camera, I always buy this name brand!
