Nikon Mirrorless Cameras Under 500

[2,359,000 Dot] I purchased the D500 to match it with my Nikon 200-500 lens. Up until now I was shooting that lens with a D700 and D750. Both combinations are excellent with no issues but I wanted a little more “reach” with the crop factor. The D500 combo doesn’t disappoint. I can’t technically define or confirm it - but to the eye the images look crisper with better contrast. The camera focuses fast and has that high frame rate that my other cameras don’t have. Basically, the D500 will have the 200-500 on at all times while in the field shooting wildlife and my other cameras will allow me to change lenses for other opportunities that arise. I’m very pleased with the purchase and should have done it sooner.
