My first pair sounded great as well then I had a speaker issue. Looked up the koss site and notice that this model headphone has a lifetime guarantee to them. sent them the original receipt and the headphones and received a brand new pair in the mail. This is my second pair because my kids decided to play hot potato with them and they were lost in the shuffle. buy them you will enjoy.

[Black] I needed a good set of noise cancelling headphones for work and my biggest struggle was finding ones with good microphones for virtual meetings. Not only is the noise cancellation on this pair excellent, but the microphone quality is also incredible. I didn’t want to drop $250 on earbuds and didn’t want to sacrifice on quality, and I’m happy I found these that provide excellent value for a reasonable price. I rarely leave 5 star reviews, so me giving these 5 stars says something.

[Yes] First expensive pair of headphones and worth every cent, The noise cancelling is amazing, and all the extra features I didn't even know were a huge plus like double Bluetooth.

[Dynamic] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to try these headphones as I've always been a bluetooth earbud kinda guy and I wanted some nice over the ear phones for flights/travel. Also wanted them for doing yardwork outside and having the noise cancelling while using power tools outside could come in real handy. Right out of the box and with a fresh charge, they paired instantly with my Android phone. No Bluetooth button to hit to put it into pairing mode etc. Downloaded the JBL headphone app and started in to discovering these babys. Being able to dial in the equalizer is always a plus. I'm not a fan of stock EQ settings. Classical was clear and the quiet parts had no noise or interference. Straight to classic rock, jazz, then podcasts. I have no complaints with the sound quality, it's excellent. I'm going to have to get used to using external phones like these, but that being said, they are very comfortable to wear. Not too much pressure on the ears, soft pads, lots of room to adjust. And as you can see from my picture, I have a HUGE head and they sit very comfortably on my massive pumpkin. Charges with a USB-C and using a 27w charger, they topped off in no time. Love the noise cancelling quality, and phone calls were clear and crisp. People couldn't tell I was using them during my call. Highly recommend these headphones.

[Orange] At first I thought these didn't fit well enough on my QC35 Bose headphones and would impact noise cancelling quality, but after a couple of days they settled in nicely. My QC35s are a few years old and I already had to replace the original vinyl ear padding once, so I was looking for some extra protection so I wouldn't have to do it again. These fit the bill and are very comfortable against my ears.

[USB-C] I love these headphones they sound great and provide excellent noise cancelling. Only issue I have is that after having the headphones for a month the Sony logo is beginning to peal off.
