Oled Tv For Computer Monitor

[46 lb (21 kg)] Used with a Sony OLED 77 in. It allows the huge screen, which I use as a computer monitor, to float over my desk, in any position. I can turn it and walk behind it to make connections. I attached a few straps to the mount on the back of the TV to move it without touching the TV. The only complaint is that, as the mount is covered in baked enamel, it is slippery and some adjustments, the horizontal level and the tilt angle may not hold steady. I used some blue Loctite to increase friction. Again, very sturdy and very long and very flexible... a gem.

[VA LCD] I own an OLED tv and this monitor is just as good. It's brighter than my OLED with outstanding contrast. It gets well over 1000 nits in HDR. 600 nits in SDR. OLED will beat it in viewing angles. I have it in an arcade machine I built. I really wanted an Oled but could not fork out 700 plus. This was 250 bucks and you will not find a better monitor. I upgradeded an older VA panel monitor to this. Man am I blown away.

[2560 x 1440] As a proud owner of a glossy LG 4K OLED Dolby Vision TV, I am grateful to finally see a matte LG 1440p OLED HDR10 monitor that’s made for gaming, with 240hz 0.03ms GTG Free/G-Sync to provide silky smooth gameplay. The matte screen & max brightness will be more than enough for an eSports gamer sitting centered in front of the monitor. After all, isn’t that what this monitor is made for? If you want glossy screen, higher brightness & Dolby Vision, then use a TV as a monitor? I’m sure the matte screen is to protect your eyes, anti-glare for any gaming environment & brightness isn’t as high to help with screen/image burn, or eye burn for that matter. Everything criticized for this monitor, is not a problem for a true gamer & for what you get, it’s laughable.

[16:9] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really excellent smaller Samsung TV, and can be used both as a regular TV or a computer monitor. The unboxing and set up took less than 5 minutes from beginning to end. I plugged it in, connected it to WiFi, downloaded a software update, and downloaded all my streaming apps like Netflix and HBO Max. The Samsung TV has a very high quality picture and sound at 4K, plus for pictures, videos, movies, or tv shows that are not originally at 4K the TV automatically converts the picture quality up to 4K, which is awesome ! No issues at all so far with either sound or video, everything works really really well and it's very high quality for a smaller tv. I would recommend this 100% to anyone who doesn't really need a huge living room tv, or for anyone who needs a better computer monitor. 100% excellence from Samsung !

[No, ] This is one of the more expensive options for a tv mount, but if you have an LG OLED TV, no other mount lies as close to the wall with the ability to rotate and pivot as this one does. In my opinion, it's absolutely worth the money for a TV of such a high price point.

It work perfectly fine with my OLED tv and pair easily. Easy to set up and it mount directly to the TV if you want. Our family been using it for few weeks to watch movie and listen music. The LG soundbar and bass engrosses you excitement of an action movie or horror movie just like cinema. Quality sound enhance tv enjoyment, it makes watching TV and movies much more enjoyable!

[1x HDMI] I have use a variety of approaches to monitor 3 cameras and a computer driven slide show at a production bench. I considered all the the multiview monitors but never pulled the trigger because of price. I have a few 24 TV's lying around from different studio and computer builds. This added to one of those TV's is my current go to production monitor. A word of advice, use a TV not a computer monitor. Computer monitors may not support the resolution you are feeding from a camera or passing through an on camera recorder. The pile of surplus TV monitors now has a few computers monitor in the stack. The beauty of this device is a display of 4 inputs that can switch quickly via a remote to 1 input only. Which can then be scrolled from input to input. Attach a headphone to the TV and you can also monitor the audio on that input channel. Or in the split screen mode, you can select which audio feed you want to monitor with the remote. My 4 channel audio switch is no longer on the bench. If you get really creative, add a bluetooth transmitter to the headphone jack and you can wander around your studio with bluetooth headphones monitoring sound. If you are running the original ATEM mini which lacks a preview view, this lets you see a 4 input preview. You will need a splitter on each input with outputs to both this switch and the ATEM mini. Or just buy the ATEM Mini Pro and you will have a 4 channel preview device with a lot less wires.
