[4.1 mm] Doesn't feel gritty while mounting and removal. Using it on Olympus 12-40 PRO with a 67mm variable neutral density filter. Glad I bought it. Fair price.

[5.1 x 5 x 3.5"] Not much else to say. Fits snugly on my Oly 12-40 pro lens.

[Universal] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is quite a tight fit for the Olympus OM1 and 12-40 Pro 2 lens. Maybe the 9L would have been better. The bag itself is beautiful and well put together.

[21 Days] I am using it on a Olympus OMD e-M1. With the 40-150 pro lens it is a little light duty. I will move up to the Spider Pro in a while. For the bargin sale price I couldn't pass it up. It works better than my Black Rapid or any othe strap. It took all the load off my neck, for which I am having problems with. I wouldn't use the Black Widow on a DSLR. I am very satisified with it as far as how it hangs and operates. I use it on a Think Tank speed belt.Should have done this a year ago.

[Arca-Type] I use this plate to mount my EM1MkII fitted with the Olympus 40-150mm f2.8 PRO lens and teleconverter. I use an RRS BH-30 ballhead with screw clamp. The camera and lens combo feels very securely attached to the head with this quality-machined plate.

[2x] Used it recently with the Olympus 40-150 2.8 pro. It worked like a charm. It gave me the reach I needed with seemly no loss of image quality.

[0.215 lb] Fits the Olympus 40-150 mm PRO telephoto zooms foot very well.  Convenient but not bulky and interfering.

[3.7 to 5.3:1] Fits my Olympus 40-150mm Pro lens with the foot attached. Protects it well. There is also just enough room left to squeeze in the teleconverter.

[Universal] Great design. Holds a lot despite it's size. I can carry an Olympus EM1 with 12-40 Pro Lens attached, Olympus 40-150mm Pro, 60mm Macro and Battery Grip for the EM1 with no problem. I can also squeeze in the EM1 with 300mm F4 attached. Pretty versatile. Good for travelling as it is within the size for a "personal item."

[0.6 lb] I purchased this for use on my Olympus 40-150 f2.8 Pro lens which resides on an Olympus OM-1 body. I can detect no change in acquired focusing speed and the 600mm equivalent focal length produces image quality that is more than satisfactory for my needs.
