[FUJIFILM X] This adapter does exactly what I need it to do--it allows me to use my legacy Zuiko lenses with my new digital Olympus OM-D. I've tried it with a 28mm f2.8, 55mm f1.2, and my new favorite, the 135mm f3.5. With the OM-D's micro four-thirds sensor, this lens takes superb telephoto shots, perfect for nature photography.

[3.6 x 2.4 x 1"] I have both a Pentax K-3 and an Olympus OM-D Mark III. The charge plate allows me to use the same charger for either camera, just by switching the plate.

[0.2 lb] This product adapts OM manual focus lenses to micro four thirds(m43) bodies. Must use an auto exposure setting as there are no electronics in/on adapter. The machining, fit, and finish of this product apear to be top notch. Fit to lens and camera are snug but not to tight, with no play on either side. I am using mine on an OM-D EM-5, and I am excited to say once the camera is configured for manual focusing it is very satisfying to use. The Olympus's 5-axis stabilization combined with the high resolution electronic view finder truly make using the fine old Olympus glass a pleasure. Seems to be at its best with normal to telephoto lenses. In short it's a must for me. I love it.

[Canon LP-E6/E6N] This charger takes up considerably less room in my kit than the corded charger that came with my camera (Olympus OM-D M5 III). Excellent price also - battery and charger together for much less than the cost of a second Olympus-brand battery alone.

[12.2 oz / 347 g] Finally a native wirelesses remote control for an Olympus/OM System camera. Great for long exposures, self portraits and time-lapse. Keep in mind that if the remote control is connected via bluetooth the remote camera application on your phone will not work simultaneously, likewise you can not get GPS data from your phone via bluetooth. It is fully compatible only with OM-1 (works both wireless and wired). However, it can also work wired with certain older Olympus cameras (OM-D mk II &III, OM-D E-M1X). Its range is around 20-25 feet, it is an IP57 dustproof and splashproof rated construction.

[3-Year ] There are 2 very important things a camera has to have. IBIS and Weather Resistance. OM-5 has these and many more but these 2 items are a must-have. OM-5 IBIS is the best of the best. I can hand hold at 1/10sec and get tack-sharp photos. I can go slower but I dare not speak of such things. With any other camera, I have, L, and F cameras included, I can't do that. The slowest speed I can shoot any camera is 1/250 sec. Parkinson's forces IBIS. Weather Resistance gives the ability to make photos under any circumstances. Both of these features are mandatory and critical for photography. OM-5 does both with care and class. The menu system is what you expect from a fine camera, actually better than most. Image quality, well, beautiful. Now, now the third feature is a camera killer. Oh yeah, all your fancy dancy cameras with all the features and lenses in your suitcase to lug them around. See, Olympus makes cameras the way WE want and need them to be. They make them for us, the shooters. Other makers make great cameras the way they want them to be for themselves. OM-5 is very compact, lightweight, and fits in a jacket pocket with ease. I use the 20mm 1.4 and it's sweet. So, it should be obvious how I feel about OM-5 and Olympus in general. B&H has always offered top service by any means to its customers and I would suggest when you get the OM-5, get it from B&H. Last but not least, I asked Olympus to install IBIS in my brain so I can be stable. I Have not heard back from them, but I will, oh yes I will.

[Parts & Labor] I bought the OM-5 as a smaller, lighter companion to the OM-1. The OM-5 lacks subject detection (birds, mainly, for me), but I plan to use it as an everyday-carry and fun camera that nonetheless has image quality that's about equivalent to that of the OM-1. Not bad. Some people complain about the outdated USB connection and the older Olympus menu system. Yes, USB-C would be faster and more modern. And yes, the menu system of the OM-1 is more intuitive. But I am looking to set up the OM-5 so that it's basically customized to the ways I shoot, and for that its menus are OK. I'm not trying to master every nook and cranny of the camera's capabilities. I have set the camera up to meet my needs for now (as I have the OM-1), and will explore new features when I need to know about them. The OM-5 is a refresh of the Olympus E-M5 iii, which is an excellent camera and is available used at attractive prices. But in the end, even though the OM-5 is just a refresh/update of the E-M5 iii, the OM-5 is a better camera-- better weathersealing, improved processor, hand-held high-res, starry sky AF, etc. You can find other cameras that improve on the OM-5 in some ways. However, it's hard to find another camera this small and light, with IP53 weathersealing, outstanding image stabilization, a huge range of lenses available (new and used), and all in this price range.

[2-Year ] I recently gave my Olympus OM D M5 MKIII to my daughter as an upgrade from her Lumix G7 since she is now using her camera more seriously. I really like the Olympus and it was my primary camera body for all of my Macro Photography due to its compact size. So this was the perfect excuse for getting the newer OM System version. As much as I didn’t think it was worth upgrading from the Olympus, now that I have it I have to be honest and say I really do appreciate the minor but great improvements. Starting with the new TruePic IX Processor, which does slightly improve the overall image quality (honestly, mostly in the specs, not enough that I’ve actually seen yet, more shots will let me know). The 50 megapixel Handheld High Res shot mode will come in handy from time to time. Probably the nicest new feature that I will use more often is the Live ND. Also having a higher rated weather proofing at IP-53 is a big plus. Even the image stabilization is improved by a full stop from 6.5 to 7.5EV with Sync-IS lenses (up from 5.5 to 6.5EV with any lens). So overall I am more than happy with this newer version that OM System has introduced. Would I have upgraded knowing now what I do having the newer camera in my hands, still probably not but if this is a new camera decision for you I definitely recommend this fantastic camera! This compact, lightweight and incredibly great image quality and solidly built.

[Approx. 0.67x] I purchased a Olympus OM-D EM-10 a number of years ago. I was considering replacing the camera and looking at other smaller format cameras for hiking. I have several M-Zukio lenses which influenced my decision to stay with this camera. The body has improved significantly from the earlier versions. The controls are more like a full frame camera and much easier to use. The earlier versions required many setting changes through the on-screen menu (ISO, for example). Of course the sensor is greatly improved and the images are tack sharp from this camera.
