[125 kHz] I don't know how they do this but this cheep 24 bit 192Khz audio card with optical in & out does the job which it has to do. I have other much more expensive ones which fail specially in Windows 10 64 bit. No symetric analog in & out but that can be solved with an extra ground loop isolater.

[150 Minutes] I bought this for our HC-V800 camera. With 24x optical zoom, no appreciable audio delay was detected by me or anyone else. Easy to setup and get going, plus strong natural audio. Receiver mounts on top of camera.

[20 Hz - 20kHz] I bought the Alluratek to connect Bluetooth head phones and an audio amplifier to a TV that has only one optical audio port.  The amplifier connection is through an external Bluetooth receiver.  I havent used the Alluratek for connecting two receivers simultaneously.

[2.6 lb] This thing is great. It has a plethora of ports as well as some that many thunderbolt 3 docks don’t have (optical audio). It’s easy to setup, looks great on the desk, convenient ports on the front and keeps the MBP charged up. I’ve used a few other thunderbolt 3 docks and this one is hands down the best one yet.

[Blue, silver] Used it to take TV optical audio output to be able to put it through my surround sound system. Worked very well; excellent quality.

[3.3 in] My Sonos Beam soundbar is first generation and doesn’t have WiFi and I did not want long Ethernet cabling to hook it up. That means I chose to not use internet connection to my beam. So, my solution was to get the adapter and use the TV optical out for my audio source. I also needed more than one optical source so I purchased a one in and three out powered optical splitter. For me this arrangement is perfect as I now can use my subwoofer optionally or just my soundbar, or my wireless headphones. The volume of the beam is adjusted with a remote which I purchased. I am satisfied with this adapter which converts optical audio into an HDMI output. Using an HDMI cable between the adapter and my Beam was the finishing touch. This item is recommended if you want to go the route I chose.

[5 ohm] Used to sum the stereo output of an Apple TV (Optical Audio to Analog converter PodDI to a Mono Mixer. The podDI works great the the Ground loop switch makes it crystal clear!
