[5.975 lb] I purchased these for replacement speaker units for an old set of OWI La Rockers outdoor speakers and fit perfectly with no installation problems of any kind. The sound is excellent as well.

[Steel] Gator makes nice equipment; sturdy and these units include an air/piston assist that sure does come in handy for setting height. the head supplied does not tilt, so i found the QuikLok DSP-390s to work well. i’ll keep the others in bag for when i need them.

[9 µm] I have installed these in a few bar/outdoor style venues and typically place them 12 ft up in the air. They hang on well, perform through the elements, and transmit clear audio across the spectrum. Only complaint is that the terminals are exposed (this could be fixed with a single-screw cover) but that does not affect performance- even in Kentucky winters along the River.

[2.7 lb] This 4 stop density of film works very well to balance outdoor light intensity with an indoor setup, using daylight balanced LED lights. It allows you to use the outdoor setting as part of (or the entirety of) your background. IMPORTANT NOTE: Keep the subject(s) a sufficient distance from the film so as to avoid having it in focus, because you will see irregularities no matter how well you get rid of the air bubbles. Also, be sure to avoid seeing the reflection of the subject in the film, just as you would in any reflective surface. I found that starting from the middle with the squeegee and working radially outwards in all directions worked best to remove the air. I also learned that keeping the squeegee wet is important as well. You'll need a lot of paper towels to wipe up the sprayed water from both sides of the film. One more caution - you'll need a great deal of time, patience and attention to detail if you need to fit the film into the entire window area. You'll go through several segments of a box cutter blade, because it needs to be sharp to cut the film properly.
