[6.6 x 6 x 1.55"] These are so useful for many things. I used them to keep my lightweight travel stands from blowing over by wrapping them against a pole during an outdoor travel job. Can't carry weights or sandbags with flights. I also use them to keep batteries together, etc.

[1] I needed a weight to hold down my light pole for outdoor sessions. The saddle design is perfect for peace of mind when securing a pole - I know its not going to slip off or go anywhere. This 5lb bag was more than enough to hold my gear in place during a moderately windy day!

[Steel] when you mix music like i do you, it is critical to have the speakers at the right height relative to your ears - these stands deliver in spades. very intelligent design and easy to assemble - people who have problems putting these together are aliens from another world who do not have thumbs!! i am using them with very heavy mackie hr824 8 monitors. when using the first hole for height, they are pretty stable - be careful when using higher pole settings (keep them away from dogs and babies). wish list (a deluxe version maybe?) 1. a wider pole for more stability 2. wider legs for the same 3. the top plate should be 10 square all in all a great way to get your monitors in the right listening position. highly recommended - watch for b and h sales on this item.
