[Dovetail] Needed an adaptor for a red dot site that would attach to an 11mm dove tail, found this sun optics to meet my needs.

[22.5 mm] I'm using this on a Leica M10-Monochrom with Voigtlander 50mm f/1.2 lens. My initial tests are terrific, the foliage is dramatically lighter than with a red filter. Of course, the filter isn't blue like the stock image shows, it is an almost opaque filter, but the Leica sensor is able to display the image on the rear screen with no difficulty. Helpful for critical focusing. Since it's a rangefinder camera, I think I will be able to handhold the camera in bright sun, since normal focus is through the rangefinder. This could be my favorite filter for the camera so far. The test image attached is nothing special, except for the differing types of leaves, the cranes which had white and red paint on them (red disappears almost completely and shows as white, but you can just tell where it is on the lowest crane), plus the bright sun on the concrete wall vs the shadow side of the building. These are straight shots with only exposure adjusted. Digital has made infrared photography so much more accessible than back in film days... it's magic photographing in a light spectrum the human eye cannot see.

[0.07 lb] I shot this in overcast weather, with the sun barley in the background, red filter and overdeveloped by one stop. This is one of my favorites now!

[4096 x 2160] Let me start by saying there is a lot to like about this monitor. The Elvid 7 has become my new favorite on-camera monitor. I swap it back and forth between my RED and my XT3. The build quality is on par with other monitors in this category. It's lightweight but also feels pretty solid. It can take Sony or Canon batteries. I only use the Sony since you get more battery time. It comes with a cold shoe mount, back plates, mini hdmi to hdmi cable, power source and one of my favorite things, the sun hood. This sun hood sets up in seconds and works great. I've had my fair share of sun hoods and this is by far my favorite. It snaps right on and off and works great. The monitor has HDMI and 3G-SDI inputs. It has waveform, histogram, vectorscope, false color, focus peaking zebras, pretty much the expected tools you would want in an on-camera monitor. The menus work fast and are super simple to get through quickly. I have not tried the built in LUTS or user LUTS but it's nice to know that the option is available. I often use this in conjunction with the 5 inch RED monitor and it's nice to be able to have a REC.709 preview while the other monitor is log. This thing is pretty bright on it's own in broad daylight but tossing the sun hood on makes it perfect for outdoor run and gun shooting. In those scenarios this has completely replaced my RED monitor and to be honest I can see this replacing my 5 inch monitor altogether. The image is more crisp, viewing angles seem better and it's brighter. I really like the freeze frame option and the fact that I can have an sdi in and send an hdmi out to another monitor. The zoom function also works way faster than the default RED punch in. It's also an HDR monitor which I look forward to testing out this mode more. I am very pleased with this monitor, I wish I had one for each camera. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

[2x ] Excellent construction as you would expect from SKB. Fits a Sun Mountain 2.5 stand bag perfectly.

[Yes] The construction is strong and good quality. You can work outdoor or indoor with sun or under the rain, etc, this head is really reliable. the contra-balnce is easy to setup. It has 16 steps, so that helps to achieve a precise balance for different camera setups. It allows smooth, constant, continuous movements, which is what one looks for in every head but not all achieve it, this one does. I am very happy with it.

[0.19 lb] I usually use the craft sun print paper so this thick, watercolor paper is really lovely. Nice range of tones. I made some positives from digital negatives with it, and rely on this heavily whenever I am teaching a photography class. All you need is water!

[Negative] I shoot 8X10 in studio and this is the only paper I print on. This is coming from someone that's tried every paper under the sun. It's predictable and the results are trully spectacular . It has more silver than other papers and it is thicker than the rest. The reason I shop solely at B&H is because they carry this paper. I use ilford multigrade developer or amidol when printing. I'm able to attain a full tonal scale. I receive compliments constantly and one curator stated its thick like antique photographs. If quality is what your after , then this is your paper. Sure it cost alot, but you get what you pay for. .........
