[Rubber] It fits on the focus ring of my Panasonic 12-35 2.8 perfectly! Also it fits right into my cage with no problems.

[Front] I should have bought into the 12-14mm years ago but stuck to 16mm (16-35 L 2.8). This Sigma is a monster sized/weight lens that feels like a tank artillery shell, but this is good. I'm not buying into this new smaller, more petite trend. I'm sticking to my DSLR which actually works better for my line of work, all photo and no video.

[Autofocus] So far I am quite satisfied with the quality of the pictures taken with this lens. Edge to edge sharpness seems quite good. I haven’t done any detailed pixel peeping, but the bokeh is pleasing enough.  I bought this as a single-lens lighter-weight substitute for my 12-35 f:2.8 and 40-150 f:2.8 lenses when I’m on the trail. Although I haven’t carried it overnight yet.  When carrying my camera with lens pointing down, the lens does not extend under its own weight. Although this is a good feature for stills, the one time I was recording a bit of video, I was not able to produce a smooth zoom because of the stiffness.  The lens hood latches securely in place, and I am confident that a small bump won’t dislodge it. (I have nearly lost the hood from my 12-35 when a minor bump knocked it off my lens.) I can get close focus, but for Macro, I still love my 45 mm Macro.

[67 mm (Front)] This is the third generation of Panasonic's f/2.8 12-35 mm lens, now labeled Leica Vario Elmarit (#3). This is an excellent lens design in terms of the constant aperture, useful zoom range, and optical performance. I also have the first generation Panasonic version (#1) of the lens. Operationally, the only obvious difference between #1 and #3 is that #3 (Leica) focuses down to 150 mm object to image distance, while #1 only goes to 250 mm. I have not seen any obvious difference in optical performance between the two; both are excellent. This lens plus the f/2.8 35-100 mm lens can cover almost any need that I have.

[72 mm] I have one of these on each of my Panasonic Lumix G lenses (12-35 and 35-100) for the Tilta Mini Matte Box. It allows for quick mount and removal of the Matte Box.

[55 mm] These let me mount the Mini Matte Box on Panasonic 12-35 and 35-100 which have 58mm filter rings. I mount this adapter to the lens, then a UV filter to this.

[16 to 35mm] Great lens, wish I waited for another six months to get the new 16-35 f/2.8 Mk III.

[Full-Frame] I have the Canon EF 16-35 f/2.8L ii lens and it is a fine lens but I have never been completely satisfied with the sharpness. After reading a lot of glowing reviews about the incredible sharpness of the EF 16-35 f/4L IS, I decided to buy one. Wow, this is a nice lens!!! Extremely sharp right out of the box (no micro adjustments needed), focus is lightning fast, colors and contrast are outstanding, and handling is excellent. The IS is the icing on the cake--it makes taking super sharp photos in any light a snap. Love this lens!!!
