Pc Internal Power Supply Cable Splitter

[3.1 lb] I found this very straight forward to install and worked without any problem. The internal port is perfect for my Bluetooth adapter. At first I feared that it would be wasted, but now am happy with it. Buyers should keep in mind that they need a SATA power connection to fully power the USB ports. If no cable connection is available at the location where you install the card, a new SATA power cable and open connection on your power supply will be necessary. Fortunately for me, I built my computer with a large power supply and had a spare cable and connection on the power supply available.

[2.36 lb] I use this to power PoE IP cameras and it just works. I was pleasantly surprised to find it has an internal power supply and not an external brick!

[400 A] Some significant improvements over the standard plastic D-Tap splitter: - The metal housing makes it harder to insert a plug backwards, which may damage your device. Yes, it can be a tighter fit for some 3rd party D-Tap plugs that have looser manufacturing tolerances. The upside is that the plug will not fall out easily. - The braided cable with connector boots reduce cable stress and fraying. - One of the ports is regulated at 12v, which allow for certain accessories that only accept this fixed voltage (thinking of Sony's USB 3.1 AXS card reader). - The blue power indicator LED also helps prevent reverse connection problems if the splitter is plugged in to a power source the wrong way. -Threaded 1/4-20 hole on the bottom can be used to attach a QR plate. An ideal product for film technicians. Recommended.

[12 GB] After 2 weeks of using it, it still is great. Installed in a older PC. Had to change power supply to get the 6+2 connector for this card. Otherwise simple to install and works with the games that wouldn't run before. Great price thanks B & H

[20 A] Will be using PC a lot. Wanted efficient overbuilt power supply. This is nice. Easy to install etc.

[120 VAC ] I have a single tower PC w/ large power supply, a few small things like hubs, smart home bridges, etc., on it and it runs smoothly when everything is on. When I first plugged it in, it off-gassed a lot! For about a day or two, the room smelled like something died under the house. Left the window open and soon things were back to normal. I have the Ethernet card in it so I can share it for shutdown. It turns out that was not strictly necessary, as my NAS could have plugged in via USB and then it served as the UPS server for other things. If you have a NAS, check out if it can shutdown your other things if connected via USB.
