Pci Network Interface Card

[1 Year] Plugged it in and it works! I put this into my PR750RTXL2U and it auto-configured itself to recognize and connect to my network. Connecting to the card/UPS from the web-based applications was straightforward--at least from the perspective of the card. The software is easy to use but it's a bit obtuse to figure out what you need. You can connect to the unit via the IP address on your network and have one comprehensive maintenance app, or you can download the PowerPanel Business Edition and connect with a localhost address on your home network and have another entirely different interface for managing the unit. The two software packages are NOT aware of each other so, for example, if you set power outage email alerts in one interface, the other interface is unaware of that. That having been said, both interfaces are very easy to use and give me pretty much as complete a control over a UPS as I can envision needing for my Unifi home enterprise gateway and security cameras. Note: This is NOT the cyber cloud card you need for managing the UPS from mobile device apps. That took me another 2 hours of fruitless searching, downloading, enrolling, and testing, to discover.

[0.1 lb] It is what it is. It's a Thunderbolt Cable, which is a hardware interface that combines PCI Express and DisplayPort into one signal.

[0.535 lb] For those computers that only have spare PCI x1 slots. Works great, increases the network bandwidth. Recommend if possible getting a computer with at least a spare PCI x4 slot and the 10 Gbe version of this card !!!

[32 MB] I've got a Mac Pro (Late 2013) and using an external Thunderbolt 2 to PCI add on. I wanted to connect my Mac to 10GBe, but needed a supported card (from Mac OS X - Montery). This card works out of the box in that situation (the other version with just a SFP+ socket should work as well, I just went with this on since is was $50 cheaper at the time). You need the low profile bracket but it should come with one (mine was missing, but the manufacturer sent a replacement). It's working great!!

[0.9 lb] This PCI card was easy to install and easy to set up. Make sure you reboot before testing the card. Works very well. Download results are the same as my Mac Studio.

[0.66 lb] Moving from my on board RAID controller to a dedicated card was a game changer. Using my motherboard in RAID 0 had no problem with Sequential reads/writes, but the random reads were painfully slow. I moved to a PCI riser card (Gigabytes Aorus) so I could have more drives and a possible bonus of the bifurcated PCI lanes would be a bit quicker. Same performance. I finally bit the bullet and picked up this card. It has been FLAWLESS. The random read performance is within spitting distance of a single drive. Absolutely thrilled with this setup. fwiw: Asus x399-e Gaming Threadripper 1950x 970 Evo Plus 1TB drives Now I just need to get PCI4 capable stuff together so I can really put it through its paces

[9.6 x 6.6 x 2"] Can't believe this 10G PCI card bringing such amazing speed to my old Asus MB, all I need is to install the Asus driver and restart. Works like a charm, best investment for win10 in years.

[AMD X570] This is a great motherboard. Very easy to put together. One gotcha to be aware of is that the PCI slots have a locking mechanism and you need to release the lock while removing the PCI card or else you will damage the motherboard, the card and/or the lock. This lock is not documented but is a small level that you need to press on the inner side of the PCI slot. That is the only gotcha with this motherboard, otherwise the build for me was super smooth. Also it comes with a Wifi antenna which needs to be attached to the rear panel ?(very easy to do). If the antenna is not attached, wifi will not work. My strong recommendation is to buy this motherboard - you wont regret it. Good luck with your build.

[SFP] I had to buy this item because the Motherboard Ethernet connection gave out, The PCI card slots are already in USE, one for the sound and the other for the USB 2.0 4 + 1 card is how I wanted to connect to my home network, and the third PCI slot is used for additional SATA/IDE port to increase the Page file for the PC with Windows XP Pro. Windows balked that I had to reacivate it, as to pay for Windows 8, as that was NO DICE!! I had to reinstall Windows XP Pro myself in which case, I already had the DVD OF, bought and paid for. This adaptor is the second ome I bought, as this mad it possible to activate it on line very quickly after I got everything back to normal. Windows does not like too many hardware changes!!! The original Ethernet adaptor did not need the CD to install its drivers, but the NEW ONE did! It is a BOO! on this process, it culd be plug and play ONLY!!!

[AM5] It’s my 3rd tuf motherboard. I really like them for they look like and offered functionality. My main usage is lots of computation and not an overclocking. This one was a tough nut to get 96gb of ram working however at the end I was able to boot it and use it accordingly. WiFi is mediatec. Works great so far. Sound card quality is great. Really like it. PCI 5Gen is a bonus. Right now my 4070 Ti Super just enough for my needs but it’s only 4Gen. The bottom PCI x16 slot is positioned in a way that only 1 slot card can fit. Two GPUs are possible however keep in mind that it will be limited to 4 lanes only. Tried it with my 1660 super . But overall productivity may not be as good as it can be for dual x8 setup. Yet I’d buy it again and not the others similar to that mobo
